what's the best thing your government has done which should be followed by other nations ?

There's one thing that excites me about this thread, OP made us to realized that not everytime we found out that the government are not fair on us, there are also moments we become a beneficiary to some other things they things they have done and we can attest to that, but we mostly comes out to say the wrongs and leaving the good deeds behind all because we are too mindful of ourselves or being ungrateful to what they do, any civilized country whose economy of going well should be a lesson others should learn from.

In the present government in my country, he has done the worst every all the presidents that have come to rule the country. The inflation is very high that people can't buy anything to eat and survive yet he is comfortable with the nature of the state. But all the hardship he embedded in the citizens he done something made the youth to line him which is the acceptance of Bitcoin to be used in the commercial banks with the individual and that is, the government has uplifted the restricted ban of cryptocurrency in the country. And now everyone can make Bitcoin transaction with fear.

It's so easy and popular to criticise governments, while usually when they something good, these things get unnoticed. Many people saying that current government is worst that we ever had. But I think they have short memory and don't remember what previous governments have done. But in general, I doubt that we will have government one day that will be considered as good and popular becausel always there will be more nagative things than positive.
I'm not living bad and I can't complain much about our government. TBH, I'm not following that closely all decisions that they make. What good things they have done? Good question... I know that financially support for young families who want to buy their first home. And this support is quite significant. More socially vulnerable groups of people getting compensations for electricity or heating. Because these bills sometimes can be huge.

This present government is applying strategy, currently they do have plans for a second tenure. Trust me close to the end of this first tenure they will try starting up something than will entice the citizens so they can be fit for a second tenure. Right now the government is off my list into making things better for me, I mostly strive in my own best to keep things moving.

Removing the ban on cryptocurrencies haven't changed anything, no positive influence in our economy, the government should look into things that are very important to the benefit of our economy rather than just taking up useless projects that are no solution to our current situation

While basic education and health care are free, I should be okay with all of those and grateful with what the government provides to us.

I am one of those that have enjoyed the basic and free education and with the other services even if I won't be the one to take all of those free ones or with subsidies but as long as I see people get to enjoy it, I'm already happ where my taxes are going.

For me, I don't blame the government for not doing what they are supposed to be doing since I am always responsible for my own actions. It is high time we understand what limit we should put ourselves so that we don't allow little things to make us to go into crime because the government is not doing accordingly to the obligation that is meant to be enforced. We need to stay responsible by all means and keep doing what will bring us good fortunes rather than keep blaming the government for it worse nightmares.

If we keep on saying we shouldn't blame government that means it will be a tradition that everyone that comes in will just do whatever they like because after all People who put any blame on them.  Government should be criticise whenever they do wrong because the purpose of them being in the position is to serve the people and if they do not serve the people better the people have no choice than to complain because when government is not doing things the right way it will definitely affect the people who elected them into sit.

True, criticizing in general is the most easiest thing to do hence it's done by everyone, I would say be it any project or scheme public should equally play their role because I have seen situations where public has misused any good scheme launched by government and people from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh will be able to relate what I am saying here. It should be an joint effort by both civilians and government but often government takes decisions which is against the need of its people.

Abduction
killing people,
rigging the elections in their favor
licking the int'l establishment boots
selling country's resources for their own property in western countries

My country really need to get some things in place such reducing to high percentage import of food products by reinforcing agricultural activities with a well established extention workers.

Really, there are so many things that our nation lacks that it would be beneficial if the government would take us into consideration and supply them. It will be far superior, and we will have reason to be proud of our nation. We are proud of our previous administration since other nations are not like our own in the sense that they are attempting to grow their nations through positive means.

To be honest, I don't know whether or not they just don't notice that they do something good because most of what they do is not good. Their good intentions for the country are overshadowed by their other colleagues who have bad intentions. But I think it's a good idea to have MRT (Line 7) and new roads, the new roads are already used and others are excited about the upcoming MRT.

I love the concept of this thread, there is a proverb that says "A fruit does not fall far from its tree" relating this to the topic, it means even with the false news and lies or bad stories and records about our governments there are good did of the governments that we usually ignore and focus on the negativity.

Well, from my perspective my country's incumbent president and his regime are actually trying their best to help reduce the inflation the country but because of our shadowed knowledge on their activities we believe they ain't doing nothing. But one thing is certain my county needs to learn alot from other countries instead of others to learn from them.

People are fed up with these practices, and I am sensing a complete collapse of our country's existing system.

Even though current one is trying to mess things up, they can't mess up everything during their time because of our consitution.

But good things would be, free healthcare, minimum wage, worker's rights, free education and our social security is pretty extensive. Those could be better but they makes cities more safe and create stability.

These and few more things you have mentioned in your post are the things that my government need to emulate. Although the op asked for good things to follow by another country but when they are absent in your country home then your government need to turn around and learn from other government on how they can do something right. The constitution of a country is important and a country that wants to go higher need to strengthen their constitution and be sure to punish offenders of the law.

I am hoping your country gets there, because it's really something to be a proud of, and pays off itself in ways that are often overlooked because the cost before the effects for it can seem high. People not living in a gutter, robbing people left and right, doing hard drugs on the street and rehibilation instead of life sentences. Sure, rehibilation doesn't work for everyone, but there's always more jail for those people. And to whom it works, they will be tax paying productive citizens. Many country doesn't seem to get this, as they need their "feeling of paying for crimes". Even though these crimes would be happening partly, because of the society is not helping enough.
