Really happy for you. Not just because you won such huge amount of money but because you knew just when to stop. Just like you said, it isn’t wise to use all the money you win to gamble. I think it’s better to maybe use a decent percentage of your winnings to gamble back. I see spending money items that we use for entertainment to be irresponsible but that's my opinion and your money you have the way of spending it. But ask again, you are going to make your life better if you see big pictures in a TV or if you invest on something that may give you returns later.

he was just telling stories and I'm sure that was more beneficial for him because he felt that having a small television in his house was no longer suitable and bought a bigger television so that when he was relaxing he could enjoy television that was worth watching and that was much better than having to gamble again but does not provide any guarantees.

As you are gambling, make sure to use the money won to do something that you will be proud of and happy about. You can invest some in Bitcoin, buy properties, etc.

With the amount of people I see who win a lot in gambling but do not use or think carefully about where to put the money they won, in the end, they become even more broke because instead of using it to the right place, it was used up by doing gambling again. With the remaining winnings, @OP can still use it for other things he thinks are necessary. If he no longer intends to use it for other things, he should save his money or invest it in Bitcoin.

Well, for me, if I were to define using gambling winnings in a responsible way, I would invest the money that I win. Well, congrats, OP, for the thing you brought using your winnings, but I think it's a more responsible way of using your winnings if you invest it to make it grow and to make more money from it. I guess we have our own preferences on this matter. Some people want to buy some gadgets for themselves.
Whereas, some will opt for passive investment or other tangible assets. I would go for tangible assets though.
If you are a business-minded person, you can also invest into this. This for me would be a very good path to take.
But if you are just satisfied with what you bought, that's fine. It is your money anyway, and your choice where you want to spend it with.
