Bitcoin is not a very simple thing so it is not possible to convince someone about Bitcoin by force. People in my area know very little about Bitcoin and technological knowledge is very less among them which makes it very difficult for me if I want to teach them about Bitcoin.  But if someone wants to know something about Bitcoin from me, I try to tell as much as I know. For me, I have barely understood myself here nor grasp the full concept of this forums existence, but am just following through with my little input and I know that one day, my eyes will be opened to the advantages of belonging here.

as long as you have an interest in the crypto world and want to learn more about it. you are right here, there is a lot of knowledge that you can get here, besides that you will also get new friends who of course can be your tutors in cyberspace.

I have introduced this forum to a few people, it doesn't take them a whole year before they decide to stop using the forum, it seems they believe this forum is a blank check and that's how I knew that crypto isn't for everybody.

See, not all those who are looking for money will embrace crypto, for some it will be too complex to accept, they are better off doing something else to make money, some people just want the bag of money the easy way, they don't want to stress themselves for anything.

For people with a 'get rich quick' mindset, it's quite easy to convince them to come in. What's hard is them staying on the forum, learning about it, and growing gradually. They think once they get in here, they will start making money. While, for people who don't really trust Bitcoin that much or online stuff related to crypto, it's hard thing trying to talk to them because they always like, 'all this internet and all this crypto stuff.'

But anybody that knows the value of the crypto market and Bitcoin, has patience and believes in long-term investment, it's usually not hard convincing them to be on this forum. It's always a walk-through conversation. So it depends on the kind of person you encounter - different people, different mindset, different approach to talk to them.

During the Christmas holidays, I traveled to different places and one of my main target was to introduce Bitcoin and this forum to as many people as I could. I did but it was not really as easy as I expected because at a point, I was confused on where to start and how to proceed. I wanted a way of shortening the entire process for them, knowing that not everyone will be patient to go through the complex and rigorous process of learning about Bitcoin and the forum itself as a newbie. When I was first introduced into this forum, I was overwhelmed by the workload, the rules, many things to learn and indeed the expectations from me as a newbie. I actually ran away, stayed for a very long time before I remembered I had to face the new task for which I signed up.

I picked myself up and proceeded and I consider that one of the best decision of my life. Today I'm more than motivated to help as many people as possible to grasp this whole things as I know the benefits are innumerable. I don't consider it enough to encourage them to read through the forum because I still remember how difficult it was for me as a newbie, so I'm challenged in my spirit that there should be an easier way to go about introducing the entire concept to newbies.  

I don't know if any of you faced this challenge, if yes, how were you able to proceed?

 

Although, It's has not really been easy at all, everything you said here is true.
As a newbie I'm not finding it that easy to pull through but I believe that with the help of elders like you and others here, I can scale through.
I don't want to be like those who have this get rich quick mindset and easily give up in the space but I desire to learn more, stay here and grow like everybody else, I don't believe anything is impossible but i believe that consistency, discipline and determination can bring result.

That is a very nice one, and that is why it is good to have knowledge and understand how things works because if that your friend doesn't have knowledge and understanding of this great forum I believed convincing you would've been hard I mean very difficult even though what he or she is saying is true and it is only when you understand something well you can give the right and correct information. The country where I came from too same thing happens here though most people don't like anything that will stress them and this mentality and mindset has lead many into fraud and had lead may to their own destruction, nature has made it in such a way that if one doesn't work he or she will not eat unless God wants to favor the person.

You are actually right mate, that is exactly what really happens. Here is not that easy as people thought , people believe that as soon as they joined this forum they will start making money and this will make them do unnecessary things just to earn merit and end up plagiarizing. I have introduced so,E people before but they end up asking me to give them merit and I told them that is not the policy in this forum. They refused to continue because I failed to give them merit and called me a greedy fellow and I have decided not to introduce anyone again because introducing someone is like exposing yourself, but even If I will introduce anyone, it must be a more reasonable and understanding person.

this has been the case with a lot of the people that have joined the forum and left at some point without gaining anything from the forum and the main reason for their exit is because they lacked patience and discipline and they always assume that joining the forum is a means to financial fortune and when their expectation is not met it becomes a problem for them to stay in the forum for a longer time.

bitcoin itself is a bit complex and the forum on the other end is not even that easy to grow in and if your reason for joining the forum is not backed up by an intentional desire to grow which will cause you to be patient and learn all the basics of bitcoin investment and push you further to network with people that are of this same interest with you, surviving in the forum will be a big issue for you.

It's a modern world. Most people won't even believe that one can earn money from this place if you show it to them because it's a forum mostly based on texts and not much visuals such as images and videos, which people mostly watch and see all over the internet these days. Some people sometimes see me using the forum; they sit by my side, look for a few seconds, and then say that it gives them a headache because they don't understand anything, lol.

For people like us who have been using the forum for so long, it seems more enjoyable and useful than most social media platforms because we know the worth of this forum. Earning money from signature campaigns and other means is just a bonus; this forum's actual asset is the knowledge you get from others, and you get to share yours. As they say, unlike other things, knowledge tends to increase when it's shared.

If this is what comes out on their mind I guess we can correct those wrong information they get online. if they listen then good for them, but if they ignore everything we have said about those important things and show that they are not interested on the topics we want to raise then better leave them and just focus on our thing.

This is similar on how I approach people and I usually don't talk about much about the forum to anyone around here. But this forum is first thing on my list when someone ask on where they could learn a lot about crypto. Now again its up for them if they continue to explore here or not.

The truth is that whenever time I'm having a conversation with my friends I don't always talk about any thing related to the forum, we always talk straight, though sometimes they use to watch me making my post all they do is to keep staring at me this shows that they're not interested with what I'm doing. they always see it as a waste of time that was when I was still building my account, you know their are some people who are just interested in something that can profit them within a short time with less stress. so me telling them about the forum is like I'm forcing them to join the forum this is why I don't like discussing that with them, but that doesn't mean that maybe if they ask me to explain to them about how the forum works that I will ignore them.
