I discover being happy itself na a good recipe for mental health. So make we take away anything wey go dey make us sad or to dey frown face even frowning of face self dey bring wrinkles and make person dey old for face  Grin

So to dey happy na very good way to chase bad health because if you dey think too much na your heart the thing go soon hit giving the person HBP.  Solution na to dey do wetin dey make someone happy, go for check, avoid self medication and eat healthy.

I really support you for this your talk, you don talk everything wey person need to hear.
To get better health really good and e make sense as well, as they say health is wealth, if person no get better health even if you get money, you no go enjoy your money well and e go make die quick, so if we dey hustle make we dey remember our mental health too, make we no do pass ourselves, make we dey hustle remember say body no be firewood.

Remember you cannot be productive if your mental health is unstable..your mental health is as important as your physical health

My own contribution in this topic writing out boldly is that the "mind and body" work together just as you have rightfully said, if the mental health of an individual is poor he or she can't yield productive results, and most people in our country also don't kn the importance of this, but even our society today has created a system where we only work and forget about mental health or rest and thus alone has deeply affected both the health of the individuals and the country's general performance, we should learn to rest when we ought to and work when we ought to as this is a fundamental rule that governs health.

   To me eh I feel say this talk about taking care of your mental health no day really talked about, because a lot of people no really watjn him mean and say na the most important thing to do be that. Na why we day see high rate  of suicide this days be that, and plenty people day work around with poor mental health, see for example for yankee, person go just carry gun start day shoot innocent people because he just feel like the right thing to do, like who in his right senses go wan carry gun day shoot at innocent people ? And this na just one of many cases I just talk so. People need pay more attention to their mental health, Always remember, NOTHING IS PERMANENT. Things WILL turn around someday. BELIEVE THAT.
   The importance of maintaining a good mental health state is extremely important because life is much harder if you have to live with conditions like depression. I hope this is discussed in schools now because it wasn’t when I went to school. So, if you feel you’re struggling with life, seek help. Either see a therapist or doctor. There is no shame in being honest. We all need support at some stage of life.

Maintaing a well mental health should be our priority, a wrong state of mind automatically leads to depression, excessive intake of Alcohol and usage of hard drugs which is very dangerous to our live. When we begin to understand not everything good comes on a plater of gold, we keep striving till we succeed and less the over thinking, excess thinking will not solve problems instead it will only lead to wrong mental health.

Na true talk you so, happiness na really medicine itself, money no really mean everything, although with the way things dey go so ehn, person fit mad o, hardship dey cause different things like depression so if we try dey make ourselves happy, no dey reason everything, wetin go happen go happen, you see if we make our selves happy we go dey ever young that is to say we no go old quick and we no go too sick so na e make sometimes we supposed dey happy, jolli or take ourselves out, because life na one.
