Getting rich or been wealthy is never a day job as we may say it, it is always like a journey of a thousand miles which always begins with a step, there are certain strategies u need to consider self discipline is one of it commiting your self also on a longtime investment (goal).
Also been a salary earner won't make you get richer if you are not investing on it, it is always about what you do with the income you have, there is this saying that says no risk no reward people that gets rich in life are also risk takers.
The rich also invest on a long time asset that will be profitable to them in time coming while other people save their money stuck in the bank without any profit the are busy making their money grow for them on what they have invest into, it can be real estate and other profitable businesses.

It's natural that the rich always get richer because opportunities always needs preparedness to be able to cause a fruitful harvest, the  rich are not afraid to invest and take risk because they already have more than enough  The main reason why the rich get richer is because they have access to more resources, which gives them an advantage in terms of growing their wealth. They have more money to invest, more opportunities to network, and more access to education and other resources that can help them become even more successful. This opportunity creates a cycle that makes  the rich become richer, while those who are already disadvantaged become even more.

Secondly the aspect you said dividing your salary into two, it is not a wise decision to divide your salary into two for bitcoin Investment rather you need to divide it into 3 part 1, for Bitcoin Investment 2, for feeding and 3 for emergency fund that will not affect your bitcoin holding when the need arises.

There are enough reason for why the rich is getting richer the kind of mind that the rich use we don't have that mind and that is risk and not just risk they have everything in place before starting anything. and if you look at sections that have enough rich people they are areas we don't take note of and that is why we are lacking behind and a rich man will rather invest than to spend the money on things that are not important and they will also deprive there self of some things than spend. and anything they are starting that believe is always there and what is killing us is that we do not believe in our self and that is one dream killer we need to take seriously if you are starting it then you must finish it that is how it is suppose to be. and not starting and thing are not going well and the next thing is to give up.

In my point of view, the single most important aspect for someone looking into becoming wealthy is a mix of mentality and a diligent work effort. The appropriate mindset is necessary you must be focused, dedicated, and willing to devote the period and work required to attain the goals you have set. However, it is not enough to simply work constantly; you must also work effectively. Long-lasting achievement requires thoughtful planning and sound ability to make choices.
