Well that's a first, I mean all my registration on various casino, I hardly see Nigeria restricted and it would really interest me to know why some many countries restrictions on your platform.

The reason could be that they are either still going under those countries regulatory requirements and registration or they don't want to get licences from them, and as such, allowing people from those jurisdictions to play in that casino is going to make things a bit complicated for them as regulators from those regions can come for them for illegal operations.

Do they offer commission based on how many friends you can refer? As far as I can see their affiliate program commission is based on the net revenue which is usually calculated by the total loss by your referrals. Lets say you have 1 referral and this referral overall statistic in a month is in a loss (lets say $1000), so you will get percentage (depending on the tier). I'm not sure what is NDC in the affiliate program page, but lets just take the lowest tier (20%), so you will get 20%*$1000= $200. In other case, if your referral is in a profit during a month, you get nothing. This is what I experienced in the affiliate program of FJ which I think is the same as this one.
However, I think it will be useless for you to create referral link and share it on your social media because our country is listed on the restricted countries. The same also applies for the affiliate program as quoted below:

I hope you read the bolded part clearly. They said they can't guarantee anything if someone is caught breaking the rules; the person both deposits and any possible winnings might end up getting stock there forever.
 
So to me, no matter how small the amount you want to deposit will be, I will advise you to just avoid using the casino if your country is listed among the restricted ones because the casino can ask you for KYC verification at any time, and when you end up providing a document from a restricted region, you know what will happen next.
