May I know where do you made the self-harm threat that's being referenced by their security team here? While communicating with the live support regarding the KYC process [and not captured on the screenshots provided above] or in the chatbox or somewhere else, perhaps?
Casino has duty of protecting gamblers, and upon seeing risk of gambling addiction or other self harm behavior, they should take action to try to circumvent further damage. What happened here is most likely their GamblerProtect act kicking in. I'll try to notify their representative to give their side and [with your consent] the proof of this self-harm threat you made.
If your deposit is rightfully yours and was not lost yet in any game, I think they are more than okay to return them to you.
It's hard to believe that this is why your account was closed. account team here may give us a better answer, but I think it's because your latest transaction or you break some TOS conditions.
They have an active campaign and pay more than $300 per week, so it is unlikely that you will be scammed with this amount.
It's closed due to the Gambler Protect clause kicking in, OP threaten to... do a self harm, probably related to gambling addiction.
