Turkcell Esim'e ihtiyacım var | Need Turkcell Esim to be used in abroad

Firstly I don't live in Turkey and I'm looking for permanent Turkish sim to be used in abroad. I want someone within Turkey to get me an Turkcell activated esim with roaming functionalities. I need it because I  need to create Turkish Google play account and to access Turkish geo restricted apps, I can promise I wont use the number for illegal activities, I just need a permanent Turkish number to manage geo restricted Turkish apps.
