first of all, not all players experienced problems during freerolls- which are currently limited to 1,5 k people ,second, players they lost none of their own funds. any financial loss for the player is compensated by the network upon our request. 3rd- since most of our logins come from web3wallets, despite our best efforts of sending notifications in game clients- players dont contact us back - i,e. We still have unclaimed nfts worth thousands of dollars won by players in the WPL series and those freerolls.

You said many contrary things, lets go step by step;
1) When I mentioned problems in at least four free rolls conducted on your platform, you said that you will compensate them, knowing very well that I was specifically talking about free rolls. You admitted many times that there was problem with your servers which lead to the wasted time and energy of thousands of players. Yes, every free roll was a disaster, not to mention frequent log in issues. And every player had this pathetic experience.
2) Now you are saying that you will not compensate free roll players as they have not deposited anything! What a shame! You should be held accountable for wasting thousands of hours, as you get the traffic and exposure anyway through many visitors.
3) On top of that, you are also saying that you have no way to credit them as they are using web3 wallets. Which one is true? You want to pay free roll participants or not? You could have credited their web3 wallet few cents of tournament money or any other free roll tickets, amount does not matter, but intentions do.
4) If you are saying someone who won thousand of bucks and willingly not contacting you, it is their choice (although I do not believe so). It is an entirely different matter if the prize is almost worthless.
5) You have not still published the list I asked, instead you revealed some data which has nothing to do with my concern, if you think this list will somehow make you more credible (maybe), I leave this on the fine judgement of wise members here.
6) You want me to negate my first hand direct experience and believe some streamer

7) Next time, clearly mention the exact nature of prize money in the post itself. In the past you have deceived by saying $5000 free roll but when I visited (click baited) I found out it is $5000 in Tournament money which
no one can cash out without winning any tournaments. I mean your platform your choice but be truthful, at least in this forum.
