This topic is interesting,but not so many persons believe that it can restore hope,In gambling,two things happen,it's either you will lose or you will win,but the winning rate is always lesser than the losing rate.I have seen a friend who had nothing turn to a millioneaer overnight because of gambling,and I've also seen a millionaire turn to a begger because of gambling,it all depends on how we see it,what we want,and how we go about it.I no longer believe in staking on so much accumulated odds,staking a reasonable amount on a lesser odd is what I like now because that's the only one that has a greater chance of playing.

Yes of course, people who have a true and straight understanding of gambling I think they will not easily believe that gambling can restore hope, especially for people who have a very negative perspective on gambling they will absolutely not believe in anything about gambling especially things that look tempting. On the other hand I agree with your idea that in gambling there are only two things that will happen at the end of the session which is losing or winning and in addition there is absolutely no certainty whether you will win or lose again in the next session you do, no one knows and that means only luck can bring you the results you want.

I agree with you, it doesn't really apply to real life. I think with them gambling will not be able to get a win consistently because gambling is in my opinion dependent on luck that will determine whether or not to win, also luck is unlikely to be on the side of permanent or long, luck is only on the side once in a while and that will not be long either.

Not trying to be cynical or the party-pooper here, but as what someone here in the forum said, the moment you make gambling anything but a way to pass your time, your ass is cooked and you're going to be addicted to it if you don't check yourself. And this goes for everything you believe gambling to be, even as this "hope restorer" as you put it.

Don't make gambling into something that it isn't.
