Kaspa has over 1366 times more supply than bitcoin but it's a good coin with promising prospectus. It doesn't need to win over bitcoin as it's supposed to be a Layer 1 solution for smart contracts and dapps. So it's more like Ethereum 2.0 but faster and cheaper.
A relative success for them may mean they might have a good price. The scalability is not a problem at the moment and the fees are low but the TPS could be a limiting factor comparing to the competition like Solana and Ton in the future. Though they are planning to keep increasing the TPS but the nature of GhostDAG might have its limits.

   Honestly speaking, I can't deny that it actually has potential. In fact, I also have holdings in KAS, and there are also many other cryptocurrencies that have similarities to Bitcoin, not just Kaspa.

   I'm also saving for long-term holdings because their last ATH is around 8.4 dollars each. If I'm not mistaken in my research done there, then their market cap is not bad either. It has similarities with bitcoin but one thing is missing, and that is the decentralization of bitcoin network. Yeah, even I am hearing about it for the first time and the OP thinks it is bitcoin 2.0.
Some people still believe there is a coin that will be replace btc some day, but even if this will happen, it will take a long time.
Despite the popularity btc has gained through out the years, there are still many who have not yet get involved.  Btc has not fully being legally accepted yet. So thinking another coin will become btc 2.0 just is unrealistic.

I think they should get their name and work from that by not comparing themselves to Bitcoin because there are already lots of projects we came across in the past that weren't really successful. the thing is that, from the perspective of investment bitcoin is considered as gold, the other coin that come after bitcoin is like other precious metal that come after gold, they can be giving out better feature as you mentioned, doesn't necessarily it will replace bitcoin, bitcoin is becoming the mots dominant coin in the market for a reason that is because it is the pioneer of cryptocurrency, the one that started the whole market.
