No one would grant a BTC loan in USD because of the market volatility. If you are looking for a BTC loan, you have to specify the BTC amount. For example, you said you need 0.0036 BTC. Now, should pay around 0.0038 to 0.004 instead of saying in USD. I hope that make sense.

Or why can't you apply under a loaner threads like Lending Service Started! (USDT/BUSD/BTC/LTC/ETH/DOGE/ETC)!

It depends on the agreement. Let us see if someone will accept it or not. But if he go through some loaners thread on lending board he will understand what you are saying. He could have added the option that he can also accept payment in stable coins like USDT.

Bitcoin is so volatile at the moment so let your loan request be in bitcoin as well as the repayment. If no one takes you on your offer here, try the existing lending thread. If that doesn't work, create this same topic on your local board. If you are a regular poster there I am pretty sure someone would give you the benefit of the doubt and based on agreement agree to help you.

Goodluck.
