Wolf.bet not paying out winnings (at the moment) (Resolved)

Hello, I played at wolf.bet last night, making a small deposit, in ltc.
I won the equivalent of 1050 dollars regularly, I requested a withdrawal 21 hours ago but at first they told me that it would take a maximum of 24 hours, now speaking in chat with one of their representatives they tell me that it will take longer because they have to check carefully whether did I cheat or not. do you have experience with this casino? do they always do this? will they pay or are they a scam casino?

They are scammers. Those are the things I don't like in casinos, someone would deposit money without any problem and start staking and after playing games, he won and when it is time to withdraw them story upon story what nonsense is that. Once you win and ask for withdraw, your money will straight to your wallet without questions. If you obey the rule then there is nothing to worry about. Come on dude, even there were some issues happening at BC.Game as well as on other reputable casinos but we need to see how the casino try to solve the issue. We cant judge a casino is a scam just because of a post of someone who claim to have an issue with the casino. Lets say what OP said is true where wolf.bet need more time to check his bets, is it something strange? Wolf.bet has been running for more than 3 years and it can be said that there is no significant accusation against them during these 3+ years, and I'm sure they wont put their reputation at a risk just for a thousand dollar.

Though they've not being online for months, I'll try notifying their representative and made them aware about this issue, but I doubt that they can do a lot about it. As nicely explained, the one doing investigation is the game provider, it's out of their hand, all they can do is pursuing the provider to finish the investigation.

Rest assured that if you do everything is within the line, they will not confiscate your winning.

I have notified Wolf.Bet and honestly, that`s the most honest gambling operation I`ve ever come across - they are waiting to hear back from the game provider, it`s as simple as that. It`s the weekend, so please give them some time, as inconvenient as it may be. I guarantee you, OP, that you will get your funds if everything is OK.

I know this sucks OP, but there is nothing you or they can do at this point but wait for the game provider to finish their checks, and I also assure you as others did, you will get your money as long as everything checks out, WOLF.BET has been around since 2019 and their reputation is one of the best ones in this space.

update (after three days):

I spoke to customer care via chat and they told me that their dedicated team hasn't responded yet.
I honestly think it's unacceptable that my money is being held for so long, if they want to do checks
they can do them, but there has to be an acceptable time frame.
Even if I get paid, I still find it ridiculous and therefore a casino to avoid (as far as I'm concerned).

I will keep you up to date.



Final Update:

I received the money a few minutes ago, to be fair I'll post it on the forum.
those who said they were an honest casino were right, even if it took four days
in the end they proved to be honest.

Lastly, just to make it clear, for your future reference, and to reiterate, it was not the casino that took a [relatively] long time to perform an investigation, it's the provider. Thus, avoiding the casino as you mentioned two posts above made little to no sense. It won't make much difference whether you play on this casino or other --probably bigger ones-- if the provider asks for investigation, they'll have to comply and let the provider take as long as they need to finish the investigation
