Lol, this was after I made so much money from my Bitcoin investment, this thread was before I become who I am today, and the link you shared was after I have enough money to start my fashion designer business,  I don't know why this is very hard to believe for few people on here, there are people struggling in my country and they only eat when they can, they can go few days without food, have you ever been to any Slum before? I can say I was addicted to Bitcoin at the time, but I did it anyway.

Today I did paid heavily on my decision, my body got so weak and I felt like I was dying, but I have gotten passed this, I am now in a good shape, now I rest more and take good nutrition to help me get back in shape, I was accepting Bitcoin as means of payment but after the Ordinals came it became harder because few of my customers that used to pay in Bitcoin couldn't anymore, now it's back to normal but I haven't received any payment in BTC in a while now.

Surprisingly, I believed your story since I was communicating with another user with almost the same experience. In addition, now, on the contrary, I am happy for you since you are okay. I don’t think that we on the forum need to look for any discrepancies in each text.
The only thing I don’t understand is how you can depend on Bitcoin. Is this a new disease? Morality should always be the same; you can’t earn all the money.

Those who think big and take risks will always find ways to improve and succeed but if we always feel uncertain and afraid, nothing we get but to remain where we are today.

Just like hearing many people regretting for not buying Bitcoin earlier and the reason are just the same - luck of trust and doubts.
But no doubts that early investors had made their right decision and having a proof of the potentiality of Bitcoin. Reading your story, I felt like I was reading my very own story, for it looks exactly like the same, the only difference was or is that for me, I left my father's house at a very tender age, I could not complete my education because my dad married alot of wives and had no money to send all of us (his children) to school, so because of this, I could not complete my secondary education, so, as early as around 18 to 19 years old, I was already out to town and hustling on my own, I was already paying rent and was working for a company that paid me something to use to feed and pay my bills till the next salary, most times, I end up borrowing before the next salary arrives.

When I discovered bitcoin in 2016, even though I had no money to invest, something in me told me to hold on to this for it is my only means of opportunity to becoming rich in life and ending poverty in my family, and I held on.
And today, I will not say that I am rich yet, but I am very comfortable with how much I've achieved, and because becoming rich is a process for some people, I am still on that process of becoming rich.

Bitcoin is the way, its here to save lives and break people free from poverty, it all depends on how one approach it.

First-of-all thanks for the OP.  I came to Bitcoin world in 2021.  But I didn't really know until the end of 2023 that Bitcoin can be held or what Bitcoin holding actually is.  Over the past few months I have been getting a better understanding of Bitcoin holdings.  And I am gaining knowledge little by little from all these sets of bitcoins.  Also I was offline for almost 1.5 year at the end of 2021.  Then I came to the Bitcoin world again.

Anyway, at this time today I thought I would hold bitcoin.  But I belong to a family who are not in a position to help me financially even after seeing the benefits of such work.  So I was a little worried.  Reading your thread today has given me a lot of relief.  I learned a lot of new things.  I have now made up my mind to save some money and hold bitcoin for the foreseeable future.  If you have any more suggestions for me about holding bitcoins, you'll help me as a little learner of the thread.

I also did some sacrifices in life just to have my sustaining in investing but not to the extent that I need to eat one meal per day as this is insane.

You are still lucky to have your parents with you and get fewer expenses some people already living their own lives and use all of the things they have for their expenses just to keep surviving, with this opportunity having a little suffering will make you gain once the bitcoin hits its another all-time high, if you can make accumulate still enjoy your life its not all about the investment as always enjoy with your family and your earnings. Many of us stop because they feel they have been trying for years but there has been no change in their lives. But some still persist because they believe that change will come someday.

It's great that you came into Bitcoin trade in 2021, but the next 1.5 years you leave out of the Bitcoin thread is a very sad, because you missed out on a lot of achievements in those 1.5 years. Don't know why you stayed out of the Bitcoin thread for 1.5 years, but what I understand as a small investor is that 2021-2022 and 2023 were a golden period. What has happened has happened, there is no use dwelling on the past thinks now, we should focus more on the present, it's great that you're back on the bitcoin thread, welcome. I hope you never leave like this again.

Your story is tough for me and all thanks to your parents for making you accomplish such cause I strongly believe without your parents you could not have accumulated such amount you have right now, if probably you could just quit cause without any source of income how can you scale through.

Great achievements when it comes to early Bitcoin adopters, this is a good achievement when it comes to something like this. However, it is not everyone in a good state that can bring them selfs so low just because they are trying to achieve something that can profit them what they are respecting in future.
Moreover, it is not everyone here that gets the kind of opportunities that you once hard, just like me I wasn't doing it the right way that's why some like us ended up being scammed because we are trying to buy Bitcoin.

I also feel like you said, but for me I salute such achievements, it is difficult for me to be in such a position, but until now I continue to try better so that my knowledge about it increases. You have to understand that not everyone could do the things OP did to save his hard-earned Bitcoin. You could stay hungry for a day or two without having a meal or taking one meal a day when you are single. But, if you have a family and have a wife and child who need food, you cannot see them suffering from hunger. No father or a husband could see such situation.

I am glad I am not one of them. Of course investing in something that is likely to grow much is good. But, you have to think about your family and the health as well. Without a good health, you won't be able to survive for a long time. I do not suggest anyone to do the same thing. Always have meal when you can.
