When I'm emotional, I LOSS!

Hey, guys! Are any of you emotional gamblers who often lose because you can't control what you feel? When you lose, do you tend to double your bets or chase your losses, driven by a pride that can't accept defeat? Do you consider this a problem? If so, has anyone here been able to solve this kind of problem themselves, and if yes, how did you do it?

I have this problem, and based on my personal experience, I find that sometimes I get challenged but not too greedy because I don't have a problem quitting when I'm winning. However, when I'm losing, that's where my struggle lies.

That's why I shared it here; I feel that some of you may experience the same challenges, and I'd love to hear your ideas or experiences on how to win this battle so we can enjoy gambling.

To be honest, at that moment I was also losing and my emotions were so out of control that I made another deposit at least so I could keep betting. But the point is, I didn't have a plan to double my bet and I didn't have a plan to chase my losses. In essence, I just wanted to keep betting because the losses I experienced made my balance run out but yes, in the end I still lost even though I had made deposits again and again.

After a long time passed, I chose to take a break which means I chose to quit. That way at least I didn't continue the losing streak I was on at the time. But,  if you ask how to win when emotions are like that, I think to win is with luck. Because if you don't have that luck factor, then you're either just going to lose, or it's better to quit at that moment.

When I am over confident I make a stupid move and the result will be losing my capital fully. This always happens to me when I am playing crash. I have now stopped playing it because of my stupidity. I would always start with low bets and after a point when I am getting decent multipliers, I would suddenly place a big bet and the next thing that happens to me is that it gets crashed. It has happened to me in so many times and later on I realized that after a certain point I tend to become overconfident. This risky approach has costed me a good amount of money and for the time being I am planning to take a break from gambling.

I think taking a break is probably the best decision to make,  and I wouldn't really call it over confidence it's actually greed , my reason for saying this is because even when you were constantly making profit you weren't satisfied, I also have this experience with crash games that's why I can relate to this, I've lost a lot in crash games due to greed and trying to chase my losses... when you are trapped in that cycle of playing constantly you can never win, people always say that the only way to win gambling is to win and run away.. I'm also with you on this I've decided to take a long break

Before gambling, you should first make sure that you really understand all the meaning of gambling itself. If you are ready to win then you must be ready to lose. Likewise, when you are ready to win money, you must also be prepared to lose money. That is how we understand it properly. The thing about gambling is that there are all risks involved, that's why the average person who doesn't accept defeat means he doesn't understand the gambling he is playing. even though in gambling it's not just about winning.

That's why it's always important to limit your budget before gambling so that when the budget runs out it's best to stop gambling and then switch to other hobbies or other activities that are more positive, gambling if you don't limit your budget properly then whenever we will continue to gamble and chase to recover previous losses until playing gambling beyond limits, many people are addicted to gambling and it is difficult to cure it because the initial symptom is that they cannot accept the losses they experience. That's why I always focus on limiting my gambling budget according to the income I get, at least less than 5% and that must be ready to be lost, not money that should be used for living needs. learn to control yourself and not need to be emotional in order to enjoy the game well.

I've had an experience aviator where I lost up to 15 rounds, the plane flew away before 1.54 it was literally 15 blues..
In the aspect of limiting your budget it's very wise to do this, but not every gambler has this discipline..60 percent of gamblers constantly chase their losses without finding a way to restrict themselves

Its not that you do accept loses but you should anticipate those loses so that it wont really be making out that kind of sudden spike of emotions which would lead into that desperate measures or actions.
This is really the key on here on which its not making yourself that being that desperate so that you wont really be having that kind of consequences on which it could happen to everyone who do deal off with this space. Gambling should really be that for fun and not something that makes you that too emotional or desperate because on the time that you've been expecting something positive, then you would really be definitely be making yourself that being too greedy and impulsive on which it would really be causing up that potential problem if you wont really be that careful. When you are emotional then it wont really be that limited to gambling disaster even into those typical real life conditions or situations as well.

Whatever you do without emotional control will always have a disastrous outcome, venturing into things like gambling, crypto trade and forex trading requires a high level of emotional discipline, can you put yourself under control when you are in Profit or loss? .. sometimes it's not even always about losing money, do you have what it takes to tell yourself to stop when you are in profit or when you have reached your target for the day, most people lose control of themselves and continue flipping till they burn everything they've gotten including their capital.. Always learn to control your emotions

I think it is just few gamblers that understand the importance of taking a break from gambling in the event of consecutive loses or major wins. The few that take a break from gambling only do that after consecutive losses and this is something I confider incomplete because if a gambler did not learn to take break during major wins, there are high chances that most of the winnings will return to the casino. Of course giving back winnings is a very painful thing for the gambler so instead of this happening, it is wise to take a break after a major win to protect the money and put it to good use.

At first you must seriously work on your emotions then after which you must also learn how to control your taste for money especially when you feels like doubling your money. When you are winning it gives you more courage to keep gambling and when you are losing it saddens you and hence wouldn't want to keep losing maybe you would want to apply the martingale principle to keep increasing your betting size but at then it's wrong because you are only creating more ways for you lose since the fear is already in you and hence may gambling with desperation.

And the most crucial for gamblers is to control emotions, especially when experiencing repeated defeats by making repeat deposits. to be able to control emotions with that requires discipline, plus practice. because if not trained, then someone will have difficulty controlling their emotions. we even often experience, when in a betting session often circumstances make us emotional. either in a winning moment, or experiencing consecutive defeats. even gamblers who have disciplined their gambling, are not immune to losing control. however, the situation sometimes does not always bring bad luck. sometimes, we are given the momentum to return the money that has been lost while getting an unexpected sensation of victory. well, this is gambling with everything that is uncertain. talking about some of the points you said, that's how our psychology is often affected by emotions in gambling situations. so far there is no most effective way that can be applied in general, other than us as responsible gamblers.

One hard truth is that, whenever we are about to put money or staking money into something, be it any business that has some risk exposure, there is always an emotional attachment that will follow suit on that investment or money we placed or staked, Now bringing this down to the gambling world, your level of emotion will be determined by how much you are risking, basically what you are capable of losing,

Taking you for instance, let's say ones salary is $10k,  one can lose $100 from his $10k salary and be fine but aren't gonna be that fine losing $1k out of this money, so it's necessary for every gambler to play according to their level of income or pocket and not risk funds that they will attach high emotions to and which will further affect their gambling decisions.

Yes no one can attach much emotion losing 100$ from his 10k salary and of course we know that it's actually minimal but it shouldn't be what could affect one emotions because is that huge even we still find it that hard to lose it in gambling, but still we can still reduce our gambling time and days to enable people be able to use 100 for the week or month maybe such person would not regularly gamble and could pick days and favourite weeks to gamble with that such person can mainly reduce their emotions.
