Maybe I haven't yet, in terms of expenses it's quite noticeable, but what can I do? Sometimes I have my own inspiration when I enjoy COFFEE with a cigar... Wink

Talking about health is highly recommended, where sleep patterns improve and weight increases naturally and to be disciplined, strict supervision is needed, one of which is from the people we love most. Yes. Congratulations, you are at the first stage.
I'm an active smoker, but it's true that inspiration always comes when I enjoy a cup of coffee while pinching a cigarette. I don't know if this is because of the effects of smoking, or if I'm just looking for a justification to keep smoking.
I know and I realize the dangers of smoking for health, but I will not be hypocritical for now I have no intention to stop smoking. Because I know that if I really intend to quit, even if I am an "addict" I am sure I will be able to stop smoking.
But I also have restrictions on when I smoke cigarettes, where I can smoke and when I can't smoke, such as near children or pregnant women for example. Because what I know is that the impact of cigarettes will be much more dangerous if the smoke is inhaled by passive smokers.

Then I can just add to what you said: there are some people who tried to quit but didn't succeed, and they have a hard time quitting this habit. I talked to someone I know who has a smoking habit, and he said he tried to stop it just because after a few days, he couldn't stop smoking.

I asked why. and his answer was that his taste was looking for the cigarette that he himself said he couldn't resist. No offense mate, but I have been in that kind of situation, every morning the first thing that come to my mind is to smoke + coffee, perhaps 3 sticks upon waking up. And so you can call me a heavy and chain smoking. Specially if I will sit on a gambling table playing baccarat, I will continue to smoke. But I don't know, but suddenly smoking was too much for me, so I decided to slowly quit.

And now am out of it for many years. Although my partner is still smoking, but she knows that se will hear a lot of nasty things when I see her smoking. I know, for some it's a challenge, but if others before us can quit and so we are. Hopefully mate, and don't take offense, I'm just saying, perhaps quit smoking slowly, and all just mental games.

Whatever the label prohibiting smoking, the government even requires posting cancerous mouths, cancerous livers and other images, but the smoking statistics will not decrease, active smokers will find it difficult to stop smoking addiction and in any case they will find it difficult to get rid of cigarette addiction except for health and financial problems.

I am also an active smoker since last year because I often hang out with friends who smoke, but I find it difficult to stop smoking and I am trying to reduce smoking until I can stop smoking completely.

My father was also a smoker and the reason he told me was anxiety because of unemployment. He smoked for many years and left just 2 years before he passed away. I have seen from own eyes the destruction caused by smoking and I have a resolve to never smoke in my life. So far I am successful in staying away from smoking despite the fact that I have friends in circle who smoke. I urge everyone reading this to quit smoking if you are smoker and  stay away from it.

People usually start smoking because of anxiety or bad company. It will not only burden your wallet but also your health. If a person quits smoking, he will be healthier than smokers in the long run. I have interviewed many smokers, and they said that initially, they started smoking because of trends or depression/ anxiety, and then they got addicted to it. Now, many of them needed a cigarette before using the toilet. 
Health is wealth. Physical health is the main advantage of not smoking. Quitting smoking will improve quality of life and reduce the risk of cancer and associated disorders, as smoking is a risk factor for all major diseases. If you are healthy, you will not spend your money on medicines or hospital visits and can effectively invest your money in BTC or stocks.

People around us or the environment we live in may encourage us to smoke. It is up to us to take precautions against this. We all have willpower and you know that smoking is bad and you should quit. You have to promise yourself this. Just because your friends smoke doesn't mean you should too. We cannot fix some negativities by smoking; On the contrary, when we smoke, we think that these problems will disappear for a moment, but this does nothing but harm ourselves.

I've never smoked before, so it may seem easy for me to talk like that, but you still need to take care of your own health.

Most people do, but that doesn't mean that no one has really succeeded in quitting smoking. Well congratulations, it wasn't really easy to do that especially if you are already addicted to it since your body is the one that is going to find it and you're gonna feel like always wanting it when you stop smoking. It really takes commitment and discipline in order to stop smoking. You are right actually if you're going to make a computation it is probably going to be a huge amount of savings if you're just going to save all of the money that you use on buying cigarettes you probably already save thousands of dollars with that and investing it on Bitcoin would probably double or triple already in months or years of investments.

I know a lot of people who already have a lot of complications in their health and it is because of smoking, also there are some people who have a lot of difficulties and are able to recover most of the people who smoke think that they are just gonna die in the end without even realizing that they are destroying there body and shortening there lifespan on smoking. I have a friend who has major complications already and he said to me that the doctor says that he's lucky because he's not drinking and smoking because it might cause even more complications and it might be difficult for him to recover if his addicted to these bad habits. Our health is probably the best investment that we could make if we dont take care of our health while we still can it is for sure going to be late in the future.

On point, helps you to save money and lessen the risk for your health. Also to mention environmental benefit of not doing so. These ideologies might sound 'small' ti some but these are things which are applicable with other activities or things as well. Simply because of nicotine addiction. Continue doing so and you'd be fine afterwards. Try tasting some candies whenever you are having the urge to light a stick, it helped me to completely avoid cigarette addiction. Be patient and be consistent to anything you desire. You may consider alternative activities which will ease your interest towards vices. Trust me I've been there ad hostly, things wasn't easy. I needed to try vape products but since it is a bit more expensive then I just practiced quitting everything for good.

Cigarettes aren't the single biggest source of expense by far - but there are plenty of other detrimental things that may cost you more of your money.

Making smart decisions like this can go a long way for peoples financial and economic situations.  I have never been a smoker, sure I've had them many times, but it's probably been 10 years or so since I've even taken a drag.  I was in the gas station the other day and just blown away by how expensive they were.  So good on you for making positive changes in your life like this.

I experienced it myself, it was difficult to stop smoking, what I did was reduce it, so that in one day I only had half a pack of cigarettes. The hardest test was when I had a baby, because it was impossible for me to smoke and then hold the baby. when I smoke, it's definitely outside the house, even then I prepare other clothes for smoking, and after that change into clean clothes, and don't forget to brush my teeth, at least that's what I do, or even I have to shower afterwards, because it's still difficult to stop completely

Smoking as they say, is dangerous for health and also smokers are liable to die young. A lot of people still ignore these warnings and smoke like though it is their job and they are being paid for it. The money these people invest in buying smokes or cigarettes if well invested can yield them good profit and benefits instead they decided to smoke it away.
I wonder if people in this generation are anymore afraid of losing their health anymore than ever before because the with the amount of drug addicts and the proliferation of the invention of many hard drugs in the society it does scares me to death what the next generation with be like 50 years from now on the area of taking in substances that's dangerous to health apart from just the cigarettes we're discussing about here. Despite the boldly written inscription "smokers are liable to die young", still people can't help themselves from smoking even after reading.
We all know that the reason for the younger generation's vices is their surrounding influences. They believe that having vices makes them look cool. They think that the younger they are to know how to smoke cigarettes, the cooler they appear. They are not afraid of the possibility of having health issues and often say that while they are young, they should enjoy life to the fullest.

Instead of enjoying their life without any vices so they can live longer with their family, they often choose to spend more money on cigarettes and alcohol with their friends without worrying about their future. 
It's ignorance and a mass of low self esteem nested in some of these younger generation is what could make them  think that for them to look cool they have to take in such substances or smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. Maybe the young really need to do self examined questioning on their very self, questions like, does taking in what degenerate my health and shorten my life span in anyway really makes or sounds cool?  So much peer pressure and with ease in accessing the internet a whole lot of bad things and companions can be made which is why parents needs to deliberately teach their children how to positively use and gain positive impact from the net. You can't be using your money to lose your health.

At least you have a deep reason why you should quit or lessen the cigarettes you smoke every single day. You have to endure and keep on stopping your smoking because you have a baby, it is bad for the health of the baby if you keep on smoking. For some other people, it is hard because they don't find enough reason to stop. In the end, they can't resist themselves so they end up going back to smoking.
