Well I think there's no need on knowing which causes harm more. Gambling addiction will really damage you finwncially and that's the primary thing to be affected no doubt. Health related problems will come next given that your time is too consumed by this activity. But with self harm or other related abuse, it is not evident to all people who suffered from gambling addiction so I guess it is just okay so say that it depends on the individual in such conditon. Actually I am referring to a friend of mine who was diagnosed with addiction in gambling. He was losing huge amount of money and experience extreme weightloss since he doesn't eat that much whenever he's upset with the outcome. Although hardly will you notice anything like mood swing from me. But to easily know an addict, you can noticed the gambler mood just change from good to moody all of a sudden.
