This problem must be addressed immediately to prevent fraudulent accounts from occurring, because it most likely occurs because there are no strict rules that make it easier for novice participants who only want to get prizes and only carry out prediction activities.

I think we need to make a threshold of 50-100 activity minimum from the users and 20-50 merits.

Then there won't be so many multi-accounts. Someone is clearly abusing this and raking in the entire prize pool.
