Not sure with these but in betting shops probably they're like the affiliates and the bettors/gamblers can cashout/deposit through them and they earn commissions from those. Obvious the money won are with those betting agent, immediately you win any game using betting agent, the bet company will send the money into the agent account for them to pay the winner.

Well, i honestly and personally think this is not something to be so surprised about, with the situation in the country economically, almost everyone seems to be struggling, and most people are looking for ways to make money by all means, and this pushes them to do things unimaginable, and they seem not to even care who their actions affect, all that matters to them is them getting that which they are in pursuit for.

Unfortunately these sort of frauds are taking place all day, every day and in many different ways. You constantly have to be on your guard when it comes to looking after your finances. In this scenario, it seems like the person will have to rely on the courts to decide the outcome, if the company is not taking the theft by their employees seriously. It sounds like the owner of the casino is living up their life abroad, instead of making sure their staff are properly monitored and security is tight in their casino, hopefully the owner understands the bad reputation that comes from these sort of complaints is not worth it.
