I don't know what actually happened to the site today, but when I tried to access it, it couldn't be opened and I saw that there were lots of new discussions on the ANN topic itself. Have you also had discussions there to find out what really happened? Because usually if there is a very basic problem or repair, the team itself will answer questions like this and will even tell you something in advance. So try to find out through discussions on the ANN topic itself, although it's not wrong if you want to ask questions like that here.

Looks like it's back again. But no word on their X or FB, like nothing ever happened.

Well it's not giving me my wheel of fortune spins for the day and I've already wasted my reward bonus because of their unannounced bs.

And it's down again. This is just total bs. Too distressing for people that are invested in fun.

There’s been several minor to moderate bugs over the past few months. More recently the issues seem to be getting worse. There is the cancelled FUN withdrawals issue, the missing tokens issue which took about a week to resolve, and now these connection problems where the site is inaccessible for most of the day. Their customer support representative, which used to be really active on the forum, has been mostly absent. They never even acknowledge when there are problems and users just have to trust they aren’t getting exit scammed.

They do still have some good promos on occasion but these glaring issues are hard to ignore. Whatever is going on hopefully they can get it resolved and focus on improving the site. It would be a shame to lose such a great site purely due to negligence.

If they were exit scamming, I assumed that would fall under the umbrella of some sort of international theft crime and with the people that run it being well known, I doubt they'd escape retribution. So I doubt that.

But I do know that I haven't gotten my free spins for the day, yesterday and I got fucked out of the bonus I applied for before the site went down unannounced.

For Americans, this just isn't any way to do business. I wouldn't be on here scraping up nickles if I could afford to be ripped off and lied to by foreigners. I put too much effort into this just to not get the free spins I paid for and to waste money on bonuses that I don't get to use.

You can see they're developing a really low rating even amidst all the bonuses and ways to earn. That probably has a lot to do with never ever winning a grand prizes after rolling wheel of fortune or the main faucet. Which for some of us who have rolled in the tens of thousands of times, you know is f'ing rigged.

It's not even offering my free spins. This is garbage.

They're well known? I doubt that.
