 Bitcoin is on an upward journey and even though it will encounter some delays along the way, it's still not enough reason for me to hurry off and sell my coins. There would really be no any sense that you will really be that selling now even lets say that you have been able to buy on $60k+ on previous bull run or simply you have caught yourself with the peak.

$60,000 is not yet at the current ATH and bitcoin has the tradition of doubling it previous ATH or trippling it, so if you calculate ATH of $68.997 and doubling it or maybe times it by 3 then you can estimate the range of next ATH. This has been the tradition with btc in the past 10 years plus. Bitcoin at the last two halving was around $20k and it went up to $68k. So be assured that after the resistance, bitcoin price will keep soaring especially after the halving in April.

In my case it's easy to decide. I held bitcoin when it fell to $4k in 2020, I held it when it went to $60k, then it fell to 30, I still held, then it went to 68k and I still held. I sold a small amount to celebrate every time we hit a new important high, but it was less than 1% of my holdings.
When we went back to 50k after 2 years, I sold a very small amount to by myself some treats and gifts for my wife and child, but that's it. I bought my wife a gift card, just little things that make our life more interesting. It's not about holding until death, you need to have fun, celebrate, be able to enjoy life by traveling, being able to buy people gifts, eating healthy.

What my goal is? Right now I'm going to hold and if we correct below 50k I will do the same. If we break 60k, I'll again sell maybe 5% because I was thinking about building a garage near my house. It's not a pressing matter, but if Bitcoin happens to be generous like that, I'm not going to say no.

The rest is going to be held for until we hit $100k, at which point I'll sell another 5%.

Btw, thanks for the reminder. However, I want to say amidst the thoughts I have said above that I am making efforts to continue buying according to the money I currently have. For a long time I sat on the sidelines ignoring the opportunity to immerse myself in Bitcoin.

I understand what you are trying to portray, but I do not really agree completely with the message that meme shows, it is true that many people spend all their wealth in a bunch of stuff that will have no value in a few years, however to think that bitcoin is all what you need is a mistake too, spending some money here and there in stuff you really need or want is not wrong, as we must think not only on what the future could bring but on the now as well, and if you can spend some of that money to make your life better now then I would think of that as a good use of your money too.

I wait for the opening price and usually on Monday morning the price is lowest at the opening. Indeed, we have to be smart enough to anticipate buying times even though we have also tried to use the DCA technique.

To charge your price correctly and the figure of 60K is still relatively small compared to the conditions for the middle of this year. That picture is showing a weird concept, they both are two extremes and are both wrong. Going all in Bitcoin is not a good idea even though I'd say there is no other path but to go up. It is always a good idea to diversify, not to mention the choice should not ever be between buying bitcoin or buying "stuff". The choice is both at the same time.

Don't invest more than you can afford to lose, don't go all in into Bitcoin that you won't have cash to do other things or invest into other things by diversifying but not into other cryptocurrency. I agree, if you need money then you need to cash out what you need, I did that multiple times for medical reasons, if I am not going to be in comfortable position when I need money then why am I even investing? Of course it would be a sad situation if you get in, the price drops and you have something you need to cash out for, but it is also much better feeling if you get in and price goes up and you can pay for your stuff.

For those who look at the world from a realistic perspective, 100% profit in 12 months must be a perfect thing, but when it comes to those who know that before with BTC you could earn x20 in that same period, or even x100 long before that - then that 100% doesn't seem very tempting, does it? People always want more, that's why they invest in altcoins.

But at this point it is probably impossible for any investor to expect a 3x in the next few months. Smart traders should know that. Even 2x will take more than just a few months for it to happen. At the very least, it might take 9 or 10 months to a year for 2x. The price right now is already above $50,000. $100,000 won't happen in the next few months, more so for $150,000.

But just the same, since $100,000 is not a matter of if but when, it is wise to continue stacking sats. Although the price is already higher than the previous months, it would still go higher in the next months and years.

this is an interesting question, to be honest, bitcoin has become a very profitable commodity today, immune to inflation and also standing independently, there is no doubt about it. continuously collecting bitcoins is something i am doing right now, i will refrain from buying new clothes, new women's bags, new vehicles just to accumulate the bitcoin i have.

But instead of waiting for a correction when the market is bullish - it feels good to buy with DCA on your specified time frame. However - it's up to you what method you think is good, I usually buy and accumulate not only when the market is correcting but also when the market is moving up.

We never know what will happen in the market next - prices can rise higher or fall lower, so just take advantage of the volatility for accumulation instead of ignoring the opportunities. The only regret other people have when the price of bitcoin gets expensive in future is that they didn't buy at what was considered a high price - but just less than a year later it would be considered the lowest price.

The investors that actually believe in what this market stands for, took the time to invest months or even years ago and do so constantly with the use of a DCA strategy, however there are many investors that are opportunists and they want to just obtain some fast profits, and I think a great deal of them are investing in bitcoin right now, which explains the upward movement we are witnessing, but even if I am happy with the current upward movement, I am not so sure how sustainable it is, and it would not surprise me if a correction was coming and many of those investors lost some money once this happened.

Honestly, as someone who is holding as much bitcoin as I can afford, there is nothing else that I can do. This period has been nice, and if it goes like this until the end of the season, I calculate I could potentially sell all of my coins and pay all of my debt. Which would look not so great to some people because why would you want to sell your coins, but it also means that if I do not have any debt at all, then I could buy more and more bitcoins with the money I normally spend on my debt.

This would open up a potential where I buy a ton of bitcoin during next bear run, and even more profits during next bull run as well. You can use bull runs like that, it makes sense and I have done it before and it helped me a lot for the long term.

That is honestly a good move, people really underestimate the amount of money they spend on paying their debts, as it is often the case you need to pay twice or thrice the price of a product has you happen to buy it with cash, so getting rid of your debts thanks to your bitcoin investment is a good move, since not only it will free a lot of capital to buy more bitcoin on the future, but it will also allow you to buy other stuff with the money you have available at the moment, without the need to ask for more loans.

To answer your question about my decision, I don't think that 60k is going to be my goal so this to me is just a passing number that's not even close to my target price so hopefully I'll still be accumulating at that time and be able to increase what bitcoin I'm currently hoarding right now. Hodling becomes easy if you have other streams of income and I buy into what you're saying because it's not like you are cheating yourself or losing out if you take a little from what you have, you're only solving a problem with money you stowed away for tough times because it would make no sense that you have money but feel cash strapped to the point where you have to go borrow.

With all of the market price targets in mind still, my end goal is going to be profit, and probably going to be real estate in the end which is going to be a much safer investment if you're going to ask me for sure it's going to be a huge thing if we are going to Hold Bitcoin for a long time, it might even rich a market price that we don't even think is going to be possible, but if you're just going to hold forever there might be no point at all since you're not going to use that money into something really want to. Exactly. Just continue to accumulate more bitcoin while bitcoin price has not yet achieved its new all time high, and then hold throughout the process. This is the best possible way so you can prepare yourself and your portfolio for the next bull run, and reap massive profits in the end. Do the DCA with your spare money, so that you won’t be bothered by price correction that may happen anytime, and won’t end up with panic selling because the price of your investment is dropping.

I agree. in my case I'm waiting for the price of bitcoin to drop to at least $50,000 or even $40,000 so I can buy a lot and do long-term hodl, if the price of bicoin doesn't drop to $40,000 or $50,000 I'll see if I buy at $60,000, The problem with buying at $60,000 in my case is that I think that if I buy at $60,000 and the price goes up to $120,000 then I would have 2x profit, but if it goes up to $180,000 I would have 3x profit, I see $180,000 as being a large increase that is realistic for bitcoin to achieve in the coming years. That's why if I managed to buy at $40,000 or even $50,000 the chances of making a profit of 5x or 4x would be very realistic in the coming years.

We can all see that bitcoin price has left that area of 35k -40k because  the past two months before halving has been good move up. Now with halving, we are seeing that the prospect is still high for a good bull ride as investors have been waiting for a drop or correction to their price range to accumulate more but the price have remained almost at the spot before halving , the expectation for correction is high, however the price have remained quit stable.

No doubts about it because doing DCA and hodling more bitcoin is the best option so we can make maximum advantage when bitcoin bull run comes. Although bitcoin’s future will never be certain, but we all know that bitcoin price is designed to appreciate in time, which is total opposite of fiat, that’s why if we can hold longer massive amount of bitcoin, that would probably guarantee excellent profits in the end.

However, it’ still highly crucial to only invest on the amount you can afford to lose.
