From my little activeness over here in the forum and my involvement in gambling I have been seeing some changes in me and it's gradually beginning not to please me anymore I don't know If I will say I am becoming too emotional with my funds but sometimes it's very painful to place a bet for about 2 to 5 consecutive times no winning and this is what is beginning to me make feels sad. I know is a game of luck but sometimes whatever we do and not feels happy we should try to quit it.

I just have to bring this to know the category of people who belong to this sets that always feels bad or are emotionally touched due to their games has been constantly bursting without winning. I don't know how to channel it but at least gambler should be happy most times i will noticed that only 1 games do take me away from winning and most times there will be option to cash out I will have the full confident that all will be successfully played without knowing games change even at dying minutes.

Maybe you just need to take a break, when it comes to myself whenever I do something for a long period of time, no matter how much I do like it, I begin to tire out from that activity, so the best way to get back the joy I previously felt is to do anther activity.

Then once enough time has passed I can go back to it and enjoy it as I used to, and for what I can see it seems that is exactly what you need, in order to not be as apprehensive as you are right now when you gamble and lose your money.

When I was a new gambler I made several bad decisions in gambling that almost got me excited and I now realize those mistakes. When I'm still gambling, I also experienced the same thing that you've experienced.
Winning multiple times, and then after that, a series of losses is happening that makes me lose my money in the end.

Do I feel sad about it? TBH, yes. I'm sad "FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS". After that, I'm Ok again. How's that? It all comes down to how you think about your money whenever you start gambling. My mindset when I'm still gambling is that the money that I use in gambling is what I consider as "LOST MONEY" where if I lose all of that money, I'm ok with it because I already treated it as my lost money. Do I lose every time I gamble? No, and when there's an opportunity, I withdraw a portion of my winnings, and will bet what I consider as "LOST MONEY".

With this kind of mindset of mine, I detached my emotions from it that's why I'm sad for the first 5 seconds only, but after that, I'm all good again. Being emotional with gambling will lead you to various problems like what you're feeling right now. You feel pain, and disappointment because you lose. Try to be emotionless while gambling, and you will not feel that way again. It's hard to be emotionless whether you're trading, or gambling, or investing, but over time, you will learn thru it. Trust me I've been thru it, and I don't care if I lose money anymore whether in investing, or gambling.

If you already know that gambling is just a game that requires luck you should be able to limit your gambling so that it doesn't go beyond the limit so that your enjoyment not turn into emotional and disappointment. Indeed, experiencing defeated many times is not something that can be taken for granted if the goal is to win luck. On the time i do have that kind of feeling on likes on doing gambling then this is the time that when im bored and just like on what most people been saying here that we are really that looking for fun but its true that losing is never been fun and this is why on the time that you would be losing then those leisure seeking thing turns out to be a different story in the end of the day. If you know that you are gambling and that makes you feel not happy. It is better that you quit gambling. Gambling is not a way of making money, it is just a way to have fun. Have something to do while idle is the reason some people gamble at the time. But if gambling do not give you the fun, stop gambling. Gambling should not be a way to look for money. But you can try to reduce the amount that you are using to gamble. Just use like 1 to 5% of your weekly income and see if your emotion towards gambling changes to a positive one.

I feel excited when the game is entertaining, that's why excitement is normally in sports games, it is not even about gambling, when an important match is coming the excitement is always there, with bets or not bets.

If you are gambling and you are not happy you should do something else, I am guessing that the absence of making money like many gamblers hoped for is what determine their happiness, where as, gambling isn't a way of making money that's why you should not see gambling like one.

But this doesn't come always is just whenever I logged out from the gambling site all pain is gone but most times it only flashes back when login back to gamble for the day. What really matter's is how to control my emotion and the most important thing everyone of us is facing over there, including those doing trading most times their emotion drives them to completely empty their account while on the process to try to regain back what they have lost in the cause of trading.

There is this excitement that comes when someone wins or makes profits and, this always gives more energy to continue trading, but for that of gambling it is very bad because when someone wins and continue to gamble s/he will still lose completely because at that point he would be so energetic thinking the next bet would results to a potential winning instead will run into lost.

That means you are hooked up with the past sessions you made so I guess you need to improve that and think about the next time you play is different compare to what you did yesterday or last few days. If you always remember your loss then its expected to feel that and might you will do these crazy revenge antics.

I personally drastically changed in nature because of gambling, but because I can divert my emotions to something that could calm me, I can keep checking my emotional and mental warfare. We hope to win even if it's 3 times a week or more than 3 a week, it make gamblers very happy because we are winning sometimes and not losing every single bets we placed. We bet to try out our best luck but we likely lose the bets because we don't have luck that time, but we can't chase loses because we might become addicts and still lose more. However everyone one of us gambling can not control their emotions because we gamble for money not fun. For me it's normal to gamble for profits as many are looking for ways to make more money. Gamble is not a good method of profit because the odds are not sure, odds sometimes fluctuate so you can not tell if it's guaranteed or not.

It looks like you have the answer already, if you are doing anything and it's not making you happy you should quit, if this is what you believe then proceed, but out of gambling I will like to give an advice, whatever will take you to a higher level will never be something that will make you happy, it's going to be tasking and hard, if you don't get used to failures and take them as challenges you will have difficult time to grow higher in the real world.

I do hope that your believe ends with gambling only, not also in your own life, because nothing comes easily, and if you don't expect things to work out easily you will always break through any challenges, I do believe that gamblers expectations from gambling is what ruin the fun for them, I think it's the same thing with you OP.

As most people say and almost everyone feels this condition, and in my opinion because we know our condition and if the feeling is disturbing and will cause fatigue, it is better not to bet and stopping for a while is the best choice.
Gambling will always involve psychology and emotions which we must immediately be aware of and control, if not controlled the answer is as I said above. Stop and rest for a moment to neutralize your situation, and if everything returns to normal and overall good you can play again.
