Some countries that I know have low or no tax policies on gambling winnings are: Macao, Monaco, Bahamas, Bermuda, Gibraltar... There may be some other countries, however The most popular and well-known is probably the world's largest gambling center Macao. We all know that gambling income is heavily taxed in most of the countries. This is because most of the countries have separate taxes for the gambling related income. I want to know which are the most gambling friendly countries which charge very less or nil income tax on gambling winnings ?

But why will one want to leave his country to tax friendly country, this is really serious cause I think yes he want to relocate so he can facilitate a faster means of his gambling and  easy tax demands.

Don't you think this is a high rate of gambling addiction but I think most gambling countries just share almost same tax rate as pertaining Gambling,so it's best you remain at your domain country and gamble at a lower percentage an amount you can afford to lose and you would have it all good.

I do think that majority of the countries have their respective taxes on gambling. I also believe that there exists no country that has 0% tax on it given on how much revenue it can give to a certain country due to the amount of people and money involved.

Just to give you a concrete example, in the Philippines, our Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation garnered a whopping p79.3 billion PHP or around ~$1.4 billion dollars of revenue in our country.¹ It is actually responsible for bringing the highest revenue so far in the country which can build infrastructures and projects for the country.

So if you are looking for a country with 0% tax laws regarding gambling, then you will be having a bad time. Personally, just choose a country where you are comfortable with and exercise the prerogative of gambling in that said country.

In my opinion, here in our country, taxes are collected only if someone wins a lottery jackpot. And it's also pretty big, in my opinion, if I'm not mistaken; it's around a 12% tax deduction that is deducted from the total won.

And it is likely that legal gambling is also taxed because it is under regulation by our government, unless casino gambling is illegal and is not registered with Pagcor, which is held by our government in the country where we are located.

I think most African countries don't actually charge much on gambling tax, and some even don't charge at all except the gambling platform charges for the sake of them been able to meet up with the tax they actually pay in some other countries probably from which they operate and makes it remotely accessable to the African folks in their country too, taxing on gambling is most common in the Asian and American continent although I'm not really sure how well they get to fix their taxation in these areas.

So talking about gambling friendly countries I think it could be found mostly around the African continent and I can't specifically mentioned name of countries at this time but I know within the African continent there's some considerable friendly environment for gambling.

I believe Monaco has the best in terms of getting your maximum payout of the gambling that you have. Most of the casinos there, I read, that it's really luxurious and you know that it's expensive and a reason to let people go in there and gamble.

Maybe Macau as well? I think it is the main purpose of people when going there. It's always because of the casino and I read somewhere that it has low tax rates for players.

I don't know about Macau, they're an administrative region of China so I don't think that they'd ever want to consider having that kind of set up that they're not getting a big piece on the gambling business through taxes. I don't think that Monaco is the best one, is there like a link that says otherwise about them being the best gambling haven in the world? I'd like to check it out. I don't want to do a lot of Google search but I do believe that whatever country is the most gambling friendly when we're talking about taxes, there's a possibility that the country that would do that is a country don't mind the taxes, meaning that they're rich already in other aspects, that can be a factor too.

It might not be very accurate but when I checked another site, I saw some countries that I saw on this site there.

Yes, it's not worth relocating for, because gambling is not a business or a source of income, If you keep losing money in your country, you will keep losing money in another country, it's not about the tax if you are making enough money, but in the case of gambling you might not make anything good or you can even lose everything.

I can relocate to avoid war, I can relocate because of my business, I know someone who relocated because of crypto mining, he is a friend from China and he moved into an African country, these are worthy because you keep on making that money like you always do, but not in gambling.

You should go to Macao if you are someone who only knows how to live as a gambler, Macao has very low tax policies, but I am not sure it's worth it from my side because gambling has a very high chance of turning you into a loser than a winner.

The issue is relocating because of gambling, but so many people have the intention, but the cost of the locating from one country to another. Taxes are automatically taken from the profits. Only winners mostly get the tax because the losers are considered included in the taxes of the gambling platform.

For example here in our vicinity, there's a cockpit and I've only heard this from the patrons of the said gambling place.
They say your profits won't even go as high as x2.00 when making a bet for a rooster. You only get 1.50 - 1.70 even if the rooster is a little underdog. Well, they also said it is explained inside but I never had the guts enter the building just yet.
This means the city is taking twice the tax. One from the cockpit business and the other from the winners which is automatically deducted after a win.
Then, they also have paid parking spaces so I guess the city is getting a lot of money from this gambling platform and I can see where the money is coming from with how fast our city is being developed.

It's a good thing for the residents, I just hope my kids won't be going there when they grow up. I have to make sure of that.

A logical explanation indeed. With gambling the only way to make money would be to be the casino, so if the OP has the intent of owning or building a casino there, by all means go forward with it, I would even invest in it if they are able to follow through. But playing there just to avoid the taxes in other countries does not sound so bright.

The thought process of gamblers need to change from being a degen to being the person who creates more degens who will pay you, thats business.

Yes, I would like to also know that because I have been thinking about it all this way and most of the countries I knew the charges is so high in gambling. In fact, the government is even much interest in gambling companies to generate the tax and revenues then some other countries may not really have interest in gambling, but they take a very minor taxes on it, not that they don’t charge at all. They usually charge what is very low charge and that can be called gambling friendly countries do some are hidden you may not really know and you can’t tell. Very funny question, I wonder who would be interested in this kind of topic, do you plan on relocating cause of tax on gambling  , then you are sure one he'll of a kind gambler, wow very curious now, do you make or live out of gambling ? In fact, there is a lot of variation in tax collection between one country and another.
Unfortunately I didn't find any specific data about online gambling, but I discovered that when it comes to casinos in general in the UK and Macau, casino rates can reach 40%, in Spain 61% and in Germany at absurd 92%. There are several factors that increase or decrease taxes within a country, these percentages that I mentioned are the maximum limits. On the other hand, there are countries where taxation is more lenient, such as Australia (30%), Singapore (15%) and South Korea (10%).
Here in Brazil, the government has already made it a little more flexible... before it was completely restrictive to any bet, today it is already allowed to place sports bets and the tax charged is in the range of 15%.

Very bad advice if you ask me, I was hoping or believing you were going to tell everyone in a country that is on a list of restricted countries to completely avoid such casino, better  to be safe and than sorry yeah, remember what is being said about prevention being better than cure.

Before saying this thing you said, did you even pause for a moment to imagine that what if the player deposit and play with a very small amount of money like you suggested, and along the line, he or she luckily wins a big amount of money, what do you think the casino will do? If they don't want to pay this winning, they have an open ticket and a very good reason not to - they can either ask the gambler to submit his document for account verification again, and when he does, they will instantly ban confiscate the winning for obvious reasons, or they can outrigtly ban the player for playing from a restricted place.

Evident in the country I am currently in wherein lottery, chicken fighting, and horse racing are allowed to those organizations who are willing to pay and comply with taxes and guidelines the government will require. However, not all gambling activities are allowed to freely operate including those on the same gambling category but are not complying with taxes. Money is power, is the main thing.

You are right, some governments might allow gambling and casinos to operate within their countries so that they can get some money through taxes paid by both the casinos and their gamblers in case they win, however, things such as cockfighting shouldn't be allowed because it's unethical and injustice with animals that are involved because it's humans that raise those animals and then make them fight till death only for some gains which in inhuman, in my opinion.

Countries that mostly do this for gains will have high taxes for both casinos and gamblers, I have heard that some countries charge more than 30% or 40% in taxes from both casinos and gamblers which is a lot, but you can't do anything if you are residing in that country and want to gamble or run a casino.
