Looks like you have paid already the one of the winner in games and round section with account with negative trust rating. There was no rules about that so I have nothing against with him but me also who turned FUN Money to 36K fun money for eligible to be get paid the prize until now I haven't received the prize. But its okay no worries. Your contest your decision. But please consider edit your  contest details and add some rules to avoid this kind of situation.
