Anyone that is going to send BTC to these clowns for their IPO should just stop, take a deep breath, and buy Mintcoin or Peercoin instead  Roll Eyes

Your an idiot!!! I want to invest to ensure more poeople come out with innovative solutions on how to avoid asic scrypt miners and also a guaranteed return on investment.

Mintcoin and Peercoin really those are your answers then go there and buy them. This has great potential

guaranteed return on investment?? ha ha sounds like what Aircoin tried to do, go have a look and see how that went. The developers abandoned that coin, maybe they are behind this too

Funny you come into a coin without reading the thread the developers have pushed back the start of the ipo to create an online wallet where anyone who invests gets their coins. They are working with the people in the thread to come up with a working solution.

Doesn't sound like Aircoin at all go back to your mintcoin and peercoin

They are also no releasing the source code until after IPCO is complete which means no exchange or anyone can list the coin to destroy the value.

Is this going to be a Scrypt coin and which cryptographic hashing algorithm(s) do you plan to use?

This is a scrypt coin... After the IPO is complete we will be using POS only so we figured there was no need to include any new cryptographic hashing algorithm. We are discussing internally to perform a hard fork upon releasing the wallets to ensure that the initial coins will not be accumulating interest in our wallet. This is to ensure everyone together will start the POS at the same time.

Thanks for the reply.

Despite being a PoS coin, you might want to consider implementing the x11 algorithm. This and a 30 seconds block time will place CapitalistCoin (CPL) in a class of its own. Or do I have the cat by its tail? Wink

Hahahaha definitely! We are utilizing the current new algo with 30 second instead of the traditional 500 Wink

Just to make 100% sure... are you utilizing the x11 algo?  Grin

Yes yes we are

Sorry hope that clears it up Wink

No mining so what does it matters what algo your shitcoin utilizes? Want to jump on the X11 Train for hype?

Have fun with your free BTC, enough retards around here who will give it to you!

Just wondering, there is no mining this coin correct?  Then why would anyone care what the algo is?  Why would anyone who MINES coins care about this coin at all?  There will be no pools, no nothing, correct?  The only way to get this coin is to buy it from the DEVs?  Correct or am I missing something here?

Anyone involved with cryptocurrency at any level is here to make a profit which is what our structure is in place for.
For now we are allowing anyone who purchases them to also have us buy them back.
There will also be POS at start also with only 8 hours stake age not a 20+days which means you will be collecting coins once launch happens.
We will be using funds to get this coin on exchanges once the ipo stages are complete.
We also have been in contact with merchants that will start accepting this coin after launch.
There will be no initial dump of the coin from miners with large hash rate on the exchange as its a fair and equitable distribution of the coin and everyone involved will be invested in it not just throw hash at it to make a quick buck.

Mint was worth nothing, then pumped by multipools and dumped immediately. If you consider a coin like that a good investment, you're an idiot. Sorry. Every single coin that can be mined is manipulated by multipools or whales. At least we all have a fair chance with something like this.

Have a look at the monthly chart for Mint, and compare it against most other altcoins for March. Not many coins have done as well. That should be obvious. They are getting good merchant support at the moment as well. Prefer another POS coin, like Peercoin, Blackcoin or others?? No problem, they are out there to be bought as well... But this IPO stinks pretty bad...

We are working on completing the online wallet. We have come up with a new strategy so people will receive their coins...

We are going to have an online wallet with withdrawls halted until after ipo what this means is we will send you your stake once we receive your investment but you can't withdraw them until as i said after ipo is done.

We mined the coins last night and got our block explorer up its at 999 because we had a halt on the wallet to not accept 1000 or above. We will mine the last block today once we complete the online wallet.

Just to prove to everyone we already have the coins and to show the ipco transactions we have also put up a block explorer for complete transparency

http://cryptogeeks.net:2750/

Yes stage 1 starts today around 7 PM EST if anyone is interested in solidifying their position please contact cryptoanalyst@capitalistcoin.com

Really curious to see how the crypto community will react when they see the buy-backs in action!    Cool

Agreed it is finally a fair ipo that allows investors to make money before market manipulation if they choose to do so. If not they can gamble it on the exchanges however I believe we are creating a perceived value with buy backs that will ensure a market stabilization of price on this coin where the bottom will be higher than the last buy in ipo stage...

People are ridiculous what if these people are legitimate and are bringing a new evolution of coins to the market everyone screams scam before they have a chance to prove themselves.

Ugh people need to self moderate.

Where do you fools come up with this crap?  If you and your kind had more than shit for brains then there wouldn't be a market for these worthless shit coins designed to line the pockets of a few with as much btc as they can squeeze out of fools like you.

It's you and your kind that don't understand economics on how to create a value for something. There is the ability for profit yes however it is a joined profit system with our investors, a traditional format in today's capitalist society.

We are creating a new concept of sustainable value for the crypto industry and you are still working in an archaic mindset. This industry is a business and everyone is here to profit, do you pay fees to use an exchange to trade yes then why would you not allow coin creators to profit to ensure longevity in a coins existence.

Look at bitcoin the main reason it has such a strong infrastructure is it was premined and held and invested in as well, otherwise it would be like any other coin, small dev team and no corporate foundation to ensure long term existence.

Don't like it go somewhere else but we are creating a business here where investors profit. What other coins even care what happens to the investors once they throw it on an exchange?

Is there a timeframe for each stage or is each stage open until the stage is sold out?
Do you update the ann daily with the current BTC invested or how do we know how far the ipo is?

To answer your questions in order

1. There is no time frame it is open until the stage is sold out.
2. we will update the ann twice daily to ensure the stages are kept up to date.
3. We will have a google doc showing the username/investment/stage to ensure complete transparency "if someone does not want their username publicized we are ok we will just put a number there i.e. investor #4"

We are doing an offical announcement tonight at 7PM EST to open the investment however there have been some investors chomping at the bits and have put in pre-orders... We welcome anyone who would like to do the same to email cryptoanalyst@capitalistcoin.com

We are at the beginning of Stage 3 right now. I believe 30k so far have been bought in this stage already.

What happens with the ipo when the buy interest stuck on stage 7?
15mil coins are a lot and everybody who want to buy at this stage aren't able to make a guaranteed profit. So it isn't unreasonable.

15mil coins are a lot and everybody who want to buy at this stage aren't able to make a guaranteed profit. So it isn't unreasonable.

Once we initialize marketing and advertising push after stage 3 we are initiating multiple merchants to accept our coin at launch, we will also be bringing it to the exchange at that time however with a buy in phase no one in stage 7 would want to sell their coins for less than their investment.

All other stages listed below have buy backs so anyone who would like to sell can sell back directly to us for a profit.

This alleviates the dump on the exchange and allows stage 7 to be a bottom for the coins value.

If you would like i can explain it in more economic terms however I am trying to lay it out in lamens terms for everyone to understand.

If you would like to learn more about the IPO before we announce tonight at 7PM please contact cryptoanalyst@capitalistcoin.com
