It's not prohibited but it's just discouraged to be done because many ended up with nothing upon chasing their losses. Even from my personal experience, it didn't do me good when I've done that and to speak for the others that haven't done that yet. You don't have to experience it, just listen to the people that have chased their losses and ended up with a disappointing ending.
