Yes, it is really very sad that one of the winners has not yet contacted us to receive his award. there are more signs in the specified wallet of his profile than there should be. the other winners took the prizes automatically.

I wish you good luck in the game! and your projects

Some users asked about how the winning tickets are drawn but you didn't answer it. You just explained how the prize pool is distributed among the winners. It's interesting to know how you pick the winners and how fair the lottery is.
I also noticed that multi-accounting is forbidden according to your T&C and I don't understand why! If a user can buy as many tickets as he wants, why can't he do it using multiple accounts?

The winners are determined randomly by an algorithm set in the system. we do not choose the winners.
As for multi-account, we will definitely implement it in one of our updates.

People definitely want to know how your provable fairness is working on your lottery system. Because you are collecting money from lottery bettors. I guess, for multi-account, in this kind of set-up, it should be allowed as you are just buying tickets here. The more you buy, the better your chance in winning.

Also, it mentioned in their terms, that their terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Does it mean that you are applying for gambling license on this country?

Yes, you are right, the more tickets you buy, the better your odds, and those odds as a percentage are displayed on the top bar above the timer, and change in real time when you, or another person, buys a ticket, by the simple logic of (your tickets/total tickets)*100.

Is this like legal in your country or just in general? Because I believe that lottery is a highly guarded and it's not easily done by private groups because the government sees it as a means to make their own money with little to no investment, there's this one time that a famous influencer in my country was doing this and they got raided on their live lottery by the authorities as it's illegal. That's where my question is coming from, from the fact that you might get into legal trouble with this one although I think you've probably got it covered. Maybe you also should consider adding your own money into the prize pool so you're going to make it even more attractive to other players since there's more prize money to get.

The main question is, is your system verifiable so there will be no chance for you to pick winners as you like? Lottery should be fair and the result should be verifiable, otherwise there is always a chance for you to do whatever you want on the draw. Do you know about provably fair system that is mostly used by crypto casinos on their original games? You should use something similar like that if you want to make your lottery fair. Using your own system, although you say it random but if your players cant verify the result then it cant be said as fair lottery.

Well, you want us to believe your words that there was an algorithm in place and the whole lottery system was not rigged  Huh
There should be a way to verify that how you selected the winner randomly else it will hard to believe that any real person got the reward.
I hope you know how the probably fair system works and it is verifiable too.

Checked your site out and I felt it was alright though the language issues and no proper provably fair system are turn-offs. You guys really need to step up your game since there are far better alternatives out there.

For example, Metawin recently started advertising their services in this forum and their lotteries are far more addictive and reliable in comparison.

Our lottery claims to have a 10% commission, and it is much more profitable for us to earn 10% in the long term than 100% for a few days. Thank you for your feedback.
We will soon implement some guarantees that will convince you of our sincerity. it's about shifting the results by the number of visitors.
Would you as a user, if you were playing, perceive such a shift as a guarantee of fair play? If you could see how the shift number changes when you visit the site

we have started the realization of this initiative, and soon  restructure the logic of the drawing, and rondomizer will only randomly rank the lists of tickets, and each unique visitor to the site will move the list where the list of winners begins.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but, to be honest, this is not the answer I was expecting.
Users need guarantees that your system generates truly random number and they want to be able to verify it by themselves. Unfortunately, your word is not enough.
You can implement any of the provably fair algorithms or use a known and trusted random number service such as random.org

You need to understand what provably fair means. As you are dealing with others people money ... this is a must.
Plain claims about sincerity are not applicable in crypto world.

... The winners are determined randomly by an algorithm set in the system. we do not choose the winners...
But you choose the algorithm (two sides of the same coin)

... Our lottery claims to have a 10% commission, and it is much more profitable for us to earn 10% in the long term than 100% for a few days. ...
But it would be even more beneficial to always have one of your members win the jackpot and leave the dust to the real players as a form of advertisement.

we have started the realization of this initiative, and soon  restructure the logic of the drawing, and rondomizer will only randomly rank the lists of tickets, and each unique visitor to the site will move the list where the list of winners begins.
I'm not sure if I understand this correctly but I'm almost certain it won't be enough as the result would not be replicable (verifiable) by other users.

In general you need to prove that within your system you are not be able to manipulate results in your favor (or your favorite player).
Ideally in the way which can be verified by anyone and anytime.

I could go on with couple more (unfortunately bad) insights but as the basic requirement of fairness is not met I think it's piontless now.

To be fair I appreciate the web3 implementation. That's a step in right direction.
