That happens in sports betting, I believe one should not stake the whole winning amount to a single bet, if someone has $20, then it's better to place 5 bets in different matches instead of putting whole $20 in a single match.

Because when someone places bets in different matches then in most cases 2-5 bets can be winning bets. However, putting $20 as single bet is risky because if one losses it then account is emptied.

Whale has been doing a great job by giving us those free bets time after time and all credit goes to Icopress and whale team for bringing some good contests to this forum where we can get those free bets.

You can only use the free bet when there is a FB option

Some games do not have the FB option sometimes because the odd is too low

You need to choose one that has this icon then you can bet the full amount of your free bet

Exactly—when you have a free bet available, you'll see the FB logo displayed next to potential betting options. This is directly linked to the odds: the lower the odds, the less likely it is that you'll be able to use a free bet. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's not possible at all for odds below 1.5.

Different question though about the casino. The "originals" section didn't have additions for quite a while already. Any plans to add some games. Especially something like limbo, which I am sure is one of the top 3 most popular originals on other sites, is missing. If I was you I would definitely add this game. Same for something like coin flip and those "tower" games (if you know what I mean). Or hi/lo card game I think is also pretty popular. In my opinion you are missing out on action not offering those games in your lineup.

Furthermore I would also change the dice game (think I mentioned that before). Being only able to go over/under "round" numbers is significantly worse than on other places (sorry for the direct honesty). It would feel much better if you could bet on something like o/u 48.34 instead of just 48. Doing this brings more flexibility in multipliers and winning chance % -> makes it more attractive for players.

Oh, I might have missed out on some as well then. I only occasionally looked into my account, especially after I lost some, but when the timer is just 24 hours I guess I must have definitely missed out. You are totally right, it should be automatic or at least have an extended timer to claim it since 24 hours really cuts it VERY short. Other sites with a similar approach might give you up to one week, which also feels a bit short but it's definitely much better than 24 hours.  

Sites not giving it automatically is understandable though since they want people to visit the site, (even if it's just to claim) since after claiming they might gamble.
