Bro, let me first say that many members of this forum are lousy, they like to be controlling and want you to do what they are pleased with. F*ck it! Anyone who is annoyed by a coloured text should skip your post, it is never by force. Though black is the best anywhere, you may still mix it for the best appearance the way you like it.

Regarding the vote, I can see that the opposition is slightly winning the vote, regardless, many others voted otherwise against the opposition to make it not entire.

I just voted "Neutral" because it is never my headache and I read whatever comes my way so far it is constructive not minding this unnecessary context. I advise you to write and design as you like but ensure that you strictly adhere to the rules of the forum. Let them point to the rule of the forum that states otherwise.

Using any of the forum tools and buttons is never a bad idea in fact they all exist because of their distinct uses and importance in a thread or post. Now it is also important to note that abusive use of anything always turns out to become hated and even awkward. Therefore we should make sure to always use things in the right manner. If you make a post using different colours , thinking it will attract an audience it definitely will but I will attract those that will criticize the post instead.

Using colours correctly, gives your post more details and direction. For example red can be used to indicate a cautious or crucial information in the text and even green can be used to indicate prices and other stuff depending on the context of the writeup. Take for example all those important and informative threads by nice forum members, if they were all written in weird colors, I bet you a majority of users will definitely lose interest in going through it . Besides what use is a thread if no one wants to read it?

Anytime I read your post on this thread with different colors, it makes my vision somehow blurry. I have to stress my lens and stay more focus on the text before I can read it, and it discourages me to continue reading. This is how I see it, but I don't know about other. If you look at it from this side, most books and writeups that share vital information and knowledge are in black text, because it looks cool and easy to read. It is a norm that computer displays text in black color by default, there is a reason for that. It is good when you use it in the right way.

I voted "I support it" because although I never use this option, "Change Color", myself, I have nothing against it either. I think, if it exists here on bitcointalk there's a reason for that. Sometimes when someone utilizes this option they make their posts looking more clear and also fun to read. But, of course, overusing it is not advisable.
