I don't like Bisq Easy system. It's hard or almost impossible to become a reputable seller because why would someone risk trading with someone with low rating?

I trade on both bisq and bisq2, the latter involves reputation scheme you have mentioned.

Year ago my first trading on bisq2 was the selling by BTC to reputable trader who had the high reputation score while my score at that time was zero.

He agreed to trade with me because I gave guaranteed to send him my BTC first it was contrary to the rules of Bisq Easy system. I did it and got to my Wise account EUR he sent me in return.

I risked nothing because knew that had he refused to send me EUR he would lose his reputation which costs thousands of bucks.

Imagine that we start BISQ from scratch and there are no reputable traders right now. How do we evolve? Does everyone start with very small trades that they can afford to lose? And then build a reputation if they are lucky and get small trades at first with honest traders who will also leave a real feedback? I'm simply curious about that.
I prefer security deposit. I do not want to only trade with reputable traders because I think that they are collecting too much information about other individuals since they are reputable and everyone wants to trade with them and secondly, I feel like receiving transaction from someone who also fills hundreds of transactions every day, exposes me a little bit in a sense that I received a transaction from a guy who also regularly sends money to thousands of other guys. It's already clear that I traded on a BISQ. I might be wrong, so correct me.

I think that security deposits were much better.

The same way they did after Bitcoin was built. Initially, only real Bitcoin users are interested in a trade and there are no scammers (since nobody wants to steal what is considered a "worthless currency"), so two these people would find each other, link up and perform a trade.

By the time the scammers started rolling in, there was already a bunch of people who could be considered trusted sellers based on their trading history.

I prefer to live in the real world, not the imaginary one, and act according to the conditions of the real world in which I live.

And then build a reputation if they are lucky and get small trades at first with honest traders who will also leave a real feedback? I'm simply curious about that.

Traders build their reputation in different way. In Bisq2, they earn reputation by burning their BSQ tokens rather than through the number of successful trades, whether small or large. This approach helps prevent reputation manipulation, such as trading with oneself to artificially inflate one's score.

I think that security deposits were much better.

Then use bisq rather than bisq2. These are different p2p networks. Trading on bisq is based on collateral but not on reputation.

I have a question about Bisq 2 as I have never used it before.

Does it have a section where you can view the most trusted buyers and sellers for a particular currency? (i.e. traders for a particular pair.)

Is it similar to Bitcointalk's trust system with positive, neutral and negative trust? That would be quite familiar even for people who have never used such a system before.

Offer book for each currency lists traders with their reputation score marked by the stars.Traders with the highest scores have 5 green stars. Placing the pointer on the given profile you may learn about the exact number of his points. Below is the picture which says that stayorigin profile has ~ 74 000 score points and the ranking of 4.

Quote from: satscraper

You may even go further and see in what way the ranking of the given profile was achieved. To do this you should go to User options then click Reputation and then click Show details

As you may see "Hey" got his reputation score via burning 300 + 1445 his BSQ tokens in different times (100 points per BSQ burned ).

Nope, the two are quite different. Bitcointalk's trust system is largely based on subjective views while Bisq2 adopts a more objective approach, where traders pay their own money to earn their reputation scores. This system ensures that no one would risk scamming others for just a few hundred bucks (typical size of single trade on Bisq2), especially when their reputation which can be worth thousands is at stake.

The current sell price for 1 BSQ ranges from 1510 to 1782 sats. Tokens are traded in bulk[ on Bisq /sup].

That's a valid point and I generally agree with this.
But let's not mix Bisq 2 and Bisq Easy. The latter is only a subset of the former: Bisq 2 will have several trading protocols, among which there will be Bisq Easy and Bisq MuSig. Bisq MuSig is not available yet, but it will work like Bisq 1, with a security deposit.
Bisq Easy is the only option right now because it was probably the easiest to implement (I'm not part of the Bisq team, so that's just an assumption) but it was never meant to replace the multisig / security deposit approach.
The problem Bisq Easy is trying to solve is: how to give users who don't already have bitcoins a way to buy their first non-KYC coins. You (and I, and many others) are just not the target population of this new feature.
