If you are looking for a virtual gift card for making a purchase, you might find luck offering to pay bitcoins to someone who will make your purchase for you.  The #bitcoin-otc marketplace might have a reputable "buyer of bitcoins" who would provide payment to you by making the purchase on your behalf where shipment is made to your address.
