Bitcoin is going down and will be in the same state for weeks. I have a very good idea of future proofing profitable holdings. Sell your bitcoin at the current rate and buy up some altcoin. Best bets would be altcoins without miner inflation, so their price will not go down by any means. Coin2 and pmc are good examples of mining inflation proof coins. In this way the current value of holdings can be proofed from future bitcoin drop

What prevents Coin2 and pmc from going down along with Bitcoin?

Not a good idea, Litecoin has been getting raped, and thats one of the most successful alt coins. alt coins are just a gamble.

The old adage, "Bitcoin catches cold, altcoins die" springs to mind.  Smiley

Great idea, you should buy as many alt coins as possible. The best ones are the ones that are clones of Bitcoin but have funny names. Those are so funny that you would be crazy not to dump a buttload of money into them.

Best to leave Bitcoins to the rest of us.

First seastead company actually selling sea homes: Ocean Builders https://ocean.builders  Of course we accept bitcoin.
