For me there would always be a price correction whenever the price jumps high, most of us are expecting it to go back up again and climb higher, but we don't know when would that start.

Bitcoin price currently on correction moment but right time or not depend on how confidence and braveness to buy back bitcoin during after halving always have correction moment. In my opinion, bitcoin have decreasing around 20% of the last all time high price and right now is very good moment to purchase without waiting with correction moment possibility. But spending few percent of your capital to buy back bitcoin few weeks after halving time because to prepare if get another correction moment.

For investor with long term target actually have buy back bitcoin since dropping under $60k and keep hold it until bitcoin make another all time high with potential few months later after halving time. I can also understand that you might feel that buying now and if this is the highest point then you woudl have to suffer a loss on your portfolio, but that shouldn't matter if you are still early cause the dip is actually an opportunity for you to buy more Bitcoin for yourself.

You are quite right about the limited supply of Bitcoin planned from the onset, but do you think this economics is helping Bitcoin yet? I doubt that. If at all it would help, now is not the time and a good factor to consider is the numerous alternatives to Bitcoin that people might turn to in place of it even at the time it would try to help. The money in the cryptocurrency space is more, but Bitcoin can only take a sectional portion of it and not all, which is a good consideration here if you can think about it insightfully. Furthermore, if you agree with me, Bitcoin has been rising in the past, not because it is scarce, but because people see investment opportunities in it. This is the way I still like you to view it so that you will not make the mistake of the demand.

For a system that will create scarcity to have been put in place when there is still no scarcity of it yet can never help it grow due to it, at least, not for now, so we should wait for that time, and that is if it comes at all. Many people besides you are very optimistic about bitcoin, especially in the long term. Bitcoin is in a phase where your mentality and psychology is tested in the short term through price volatility, but if you are patient in the long term then you are a winner.

What makes it risky to buy?, the drop you are expecting before you buy isn't a wise approach I know we all have different plans and decisions are subjective in terms of Investing, but we need to understand that Bitcoin investment can't be done in this manner, whereby you expect price drop and fretful because the price is high and you don't wanna lose. What if the price drops to your level, and after your purchase it dips again. We just need to avoid gambling Bitcoin prices, That's why we DCA to enable us buy at every market situation excluding one from the expectation of dip and buy more or less gambling.
This will make you miss out opportunities, am not being too optimistic though what if price just surges without dropping, many have experience same and end up regretting sounds like individual present for short term gain without any long term view.

Since bitcoin is a long-term investment, trying to time the market to accumulate bitcoin in a dip will delay your bitcoin accumulation journey. You can use the DCA strategy to accumulate bitcoin either weekly or monthly, whenever your money is readily available.
