Permission less Blockchain Crypto currency fast and no transaction fee

I have been thinking of a Proof of Stake and  Proof of History permission less Blockchain for crypto currency without block time or size instead of every transaction will be in it's own block.
For mass adoption it will be fast enough and 0 transaction fee the network will grant node operators rewards. For Spam restriction the wallets should be holding certain amount of it's coins and a wallet will be restricted to send 1 transaction in a programmed time limit.
More details will be posted, any idea welcomed.

The only way we can drive mass-adoption is only if we fully remove the gas fees...
Because imagine how crazy would it be to pay let's say 1$ every time you visit a website?

This is why Ethereum will never be the leading blockchain going forward toward mass adoption, and same applies to the other blockchains that are low-gas-fees (Eg. Solana, Cardano, etc.), but have the scalability problem, because these low-gas-fees are increasing with the price of their native cryptocurrency and they are not so low anymore if you convert to $.
