I have read alot of comments from newbies complaining how they investment into bitcoin is at a lose or does not give them they desired result of achieving the financial freedom that bitcoin offers based on they short term wrong bitcoin mentality.

Financial freedom can be interpreted differently but Bitcoin might not guarantee high profits that will sustain an individual for a lifetime especially if huge capital is not used to invest. Investing like 1000 dollars might not make someone rich in the next four years. People who have gained financial freedom from Bitcoin are those who bought the coin at a very cheap price and held it till date or those who invested heavily.

After buying bitcoin the next expectations is for bitcoin to magically turn then into millionaires over night hence when the expectations are not met then they rush to altcoins believing that it will surge high for the expected profit.

I believe that is why the forum is there to reform the ideology of people about bitcoin, that it's not a get rich quick scheme. If only we the newbies will dedicate more time to increase our holdings for long term and hence in less than two cycles of bitcoin we will achieve the goal.

The beginning of your topic is true and I was about to merit your post because it's quite rare to read that here. Except maybe, the words about the forum, since I don't think many people discover this forum right after investing in Bitcoin, forums are not used much anymore nowadays, people prefer social medias instead. But unfortunately the end of the message is wrong. Despite being a common misleading thought, Bitcoin doesn't offer any guarantee of so-called "financial freedom" or fortune in the short, the middle or the long term. We have passed through tougher times and we must stay strong enough to absorb all the pressure coming in the system. We shouldn't jeopardize any chance given because the space is mainly run for technical and fundamental analysis. I'm not yet fully experienced but still learning, atleast I can easily spot the tremendous profits and also indulge in thorough research for the purpose to grab the available profits. Newbies should follow a profitable mentor because that's one of the numerous chances of staying longer in the system.

Newbies are actually discouraged from investing in altcoins since the risk of losing is vividly high. It's better if they will stick to bitcoin first and hold it for long term since bitcoin has been proven a lot of times to create decent profits once it's being hold for years and only sell at its perfect time, that is when bull run comes. What I am disappointed with most of the newbies is that they always complain about being too late in buying BTC and that's why they choose memecoins and other altcoins instead.
