How many times all-in save your bankroll?

I think more often than not the all-in bets make you lose your bankroll rather than save it, but there have surely been times especially in poker for me that I kept going all in even when I had practically nothing to lose and I came back and made a killing! That's right, I agree with your idea, it's very simple but you take it based on the fact that there is absolutely no connection between the previous session and the next session, or in the sense that different times mean different results in any type of gambling, especially in pure luck games. like the slot machines I know.
