Bitfloor now has an API for getting historical market data:
https://bitfloor.com/docs/api/market-data/rest#trades

You can request from a particular sequence number (see the websocket API for what these are) or a timestamp.

If you want realtime data, see the websocket api:
https://bitfloor.com/docs/api/market-data/websocket
