But if ever I will be in such situation and happened to be one of the people being caught, I'd just explain myself and settle things even the amount if needed. I've never experienced it, but believe the story you tell in this thread, it's actually part of human nature. It doesn't matter whether gambling or something else is the initial trigger, when someone is blinded by one thing or another, especially one that involves loss, other instincts within humans will emerge. if you can't control it, in the end it will be like what you said in this thread. Cases like this don't just happen in gambling. there are many that can trigger the same problem, with different cases. It's just that, in this discussion, it is the perpetrators of gambling, as if the stigma of gambling is increasingly being viewed unfavorably by society.

In fact, it was an individual or someone who was unable to control himself who caused this to happen. especially, if it involves violence and co-police parties. They left the game half way and did not pay us any money, but we were happy we kicked their asses and managed not to get assaulted in the process so everybody was happy. Yes it's reality that people  often fight due to money and the main cause of fight between humans is just money. It is a bad behaviour or habbit of a gambler that he starts fighting if he loss all his money and possess no chance to continue gambling again.

You are lucky that everything in your story ended this way, or rather well. Because they were a little humiliated by this loss. The casino has a slightly different story than the computer game in KS. It's bound to happen and I will say it could be the norm of some countries, same here in pool games, huge amount of money in the line, and at the end of the day there could be winners. But what make it dangerous is the people around who trash talk that why most of the time it ended in violence. I'm seen this kind of things happen when I was a little, so curious to watch pool games with money on the line because there are a lot of people in the area.

Usually this happens in not so good places, or like in slums (no offense meant), nothing about just good hand to hand fight in the streets. What I'm afraid of if one of those people who bring knives or a gun and when they lose their beat, they started targeting the other side.

That is one of the risks if we gamble in a real casino, because our emotions and ambitions will be clearly visible which will cause a commotion because we feel we cannot accept defeat, we will even be provoked by emotions and cause a commotion. I love to stay clear of any violent incident that I am aware can pose a threat to my well-being. If I am in an open place like that and I sense trouble, I will just have to take my leave, but if it's a situation that also tempts me to become violent, I will still play it safe. I think even if they win at gambling, it can't make them aware and make them stop gambling, maybe by them getting a win it actually makes them feel even more thirsty for losing, so they can continue gambling because they feel they can win again in the future. and in this way it can make them addicted to gambling and perhaps if they become addicted to gambling like that, there is a possibility that violence will occur against their family or relatives, because the addiction that has made them forget themselves and the gambling they do is too excessive.

I have never experienced any acts of violence during offline gambling. I believe this was due to fact that casinos I was in always had guards, and if a person starts to behave inappropriate, he will be persistently asked to leave. Ive seen people losing thousands in seconds. It was clearly seen that they were "greatly disappointed", but maximum they did were few curse words.

The maximum level of rudeness I have seen was following. Many years ago, while being abroad on a vacation in Greece, hotel has snooker table with 1 coin = 1 game system. Company of guys have occupied that one single table and were playing for quite a time. When other company came, a guy left a coin on a table side (meaning he is next in queue to play), so those who were already playing, took that coin and put it on a regular table. That triggered a heated talk between two companies on different languages Due to language barrier, their conflict ended with first company plays one game, then they change and other company plays, then the change again. That is the only "violence" I have experienced in gambling.

Or they are playing illegal and hiding it from the public. And so there is no one to control this gamblers and anything and so a simple disagreement could lead into a bigger argument and then what followed is violence.

I think once or twice in my career as I gambler that I experience this kind of violence, and that is playing in the streets. There are laws that are main to be maintain in the system. Gambling and betting involves strong emotions that if not controlled can even make the gambler become suicidal or more like crazily possessed and do what they normally wouldn't if there's no control.
I have heard issues of violent fighting in my locale when suddenly fight breaks out in a betting center and police were even the last to be on the scene, because the fight later involved frat members and there was looting in the place.

I use the apps mostly and it's way more better and discreet and comprehensive for me. Anyone going to such betting centers or gambling centers know better and do so at their own risk.
