I do not know if you also mean Electrum bitcoin wallet for Android or you mean Electrum and bitcoin wallet for Android.
I meant Electrum wallet.
The best bitcoin Android wallets that I have used are Electrum, Bluewallet and Samurai but you will need to go to settings to enable somethings like RBF to make it worth it if you want to use Samurai.
Update, I have downloaded Bluewallet from my Google Play store. After testing it, then I'll do the same with Electrum wallet. I'll stick with these two for now.
What I meant is a more like a different seed phrase that the wallet uses aside the most commonly used BIP39 words. This makes it a custom seed phrase for that particular wallet and can only be used to recover a wallet with that specific wallet alone or some wallets that supports that seed phrase. You will Know if a wallet generates a different seed phrase aside the seed phrase from the BIP49 2048 custom wordlists by checking their FAQ or wallet details.
Thank you buttressing hosseinimr93 answer. I will have to develop the habit of reading the FQA of these wallets.
BlueWallet does has a mobile wallet both Android and iOS versions. I can even testify to you that I have once used the IOS version and it supports almost all the features of a wallet most especially the fee bumping features and UTXO control buttons
I have downloaded the BlueWallet and will explore it in the context of my OP.
Thank you all for your contributions.
