It is sad to see how these radicals are using religion to engage in actions that have led to the death of many and the destruction of properties. The Islam I know don't support violence. My country has been battling ISIS for more than a decade now and I have come to realize that it will be extremely difficult to totally eradicate them. This is because they have backed up their evil activities with religion and many young people keep joining them because they have been brainwashed that it is a service to God. ISIS has some of the best recruiters that can attract and indoctrinate members from any part of the world. It I also difficult to track their activities because they have been able to recruit citizens of different countries.

The only solution is for every nation to sharpen their security intelligence network and there should also be multinational cooperation to foster a coordinated effort against this terrorist group. Our country has formed a multinational military group with neighboring countries to fight ISIS in our subregion and it is yielding some positive impact. Religious leaders have some role to play. They should always admonish Muslim faithful to follow the teachings of the Great Prophet and not from these extremists.

I think it will be almost impossible to stop any attacks fully.
The guerilla  type warfare they
engage in is very difficult to defeat. Israel for example dont know this yet.

at odds as a species with each other based of our claims that every god we have is the one
true god and we are willing to kill each other over this.

ISIS (state) will never resurrect because Iran and its allies made sure of that. It was choked and eliminated in its birthing place.

What we will continue to experience is terrorist cells under US regime's covert protection and direction that will keep popping up, hiring mercenaries to do their bidding.

For example if you have ever read any news about such terrorist organizations' operations in other countries you'd realize the differences between them and the operation in Russia that the article used. In each of those attacks the terrorists go in to die. Meaning they kill innocent people, empty their entire magazines and then blow themselves up. In this attack on Crocus City Hall in Russia, the "mercenaries" attacked people then ran away trying to exit the country into Ukraine to get paid!!!

Israel is another one that uses these terror cells, specially since the world now hates this apartheid regime for its genocide in Gaza. They are trying to buy sympathy from the world and cover up their own terrorism by hiring ISIS terrorists to orchestrate attacks in Europe and US in the name of Islam and then link that to the innocent children Israel is murdering in Gaza and cover their genocide up.

Though, we need to keep in consideration what they objectives of ISIS has been since the beginning, since it was conceived by those how separated themselves from Al Qaeda. Their objective was to establish an actual Islamic State and a Caliphate, spreading wide through all territories where Muslims are a majority or used to be a majority. They actually tried and failed, because of the efforts of the international qualition headed by the United States and Russia.
The original objective of the Islamic state is nowadays more difficult to achieve, thanks to the defeat they suffered years ago. They have now been moved onto forming a traditional terrorist organization, which operated from the shadows, rather than an actual proto state seeking for a minimum of recognition for other Islamic majority countries in the middle east.
While the territorial Islamic State is gone, one is not supposed to ignore the threat it's cells represent against security in Asia and the middle east.

Because of the attack on Russia, even the United States have been out in maximum alert, screening and seeking for any indication of ismalic radicals trying to enter the country.

That wasn't the objective at all.

If they wanted to establish an Islamic state in territories significant to Muslims, they would have chosen Arabia not Syria and Iraq. After all Arabia is the "land of Islam" where the God's messenger Muhammad came to be. It is where Mecca and Madinah are and most importantly Arabia is where Kaaba is located. In comparison, there is nothing in Syria or Iraq.

Let me give you some visual aid too:


The blue region is what you'd call "significant for Muslims". Arabia also has a LOT of oil that could have been used compared to the small amount that exists in Syria and even to some extent in Iraq.
The green region contains what ISIS attacked and took over back then.
The red dots is the approximate locations of ISIS strongholds.
The only significance this has is cutting Iran's access to its allies inside Syria, Lebanon and of course occupied Palestine. The yellow line is showing that route (approximately since my paint skills aren't that good!) that they cut.

Even from maps it is clear that ISIS was a proxy or like a "buffer zone" between Iran and Israel to act as a protector of Israel while also give United States an excuse to have a presence in middle of that route and provide protection for Israel as we also saw that in action on April 13 when Iran punished Israel by demolishing 6-7 Israeli bases inside occupied lands while US tried to provide that defense by being present in the green region on the map above.
We also have other evidence that ISIS was created by United States to protect Israel like the leaked documents, Trump's statements, and of course the fact that Israel armed ISIS and openly treated their wounded in their hospitals (there is video of it Israel released!!!).

I guess ISIS were not stupid enough to directly attack Saudi Arabia while their force was still relatively small and were still seeking to hold onto those territories they wanted to keep for themselves in the long term. The Saudi Army would have completely destroy them if they tried to march and conquer the Mecca and Medina.
I personally do not have much to say on those theories about ISIS being a creation of Israel or the United States. I have indeed heard Donald Trump to explicitly say Obama created ISIS, but I would not say he is a reliable source.
Also, many of the leaders of ISIS were former members of Alqaeda, of which the west have much information on their past as members of Alqaeda and their role in that organization.
One must wonder who the USA managed to use those radical members to actually carry out their plans, being those in ISIS pretty much against the values of the west and the governments of the west.

It is not like what happened with Osama Bin laden and the Soviet Union, then USA and the combatants in Afghanistan had a mutual enemy, In my opinion.

Same could have been said about Syrian Army. By the way ISIS didn't have an army nor did they march on anywhere. It started as guerilla warfare with terrorist cells destabilizing the country weakening security and military forces accompanied by a color revolution and then it ended up with an army and conquers.

Another thing you have to keep in mind is that ideology-wise ISIS is pretty much Wahhabists which aren't categorized as Muslims by any of the Muslims. The birthplace of this radical ideology is Arabia, their leader still resides in Arabia and most number of followers of this radical ideology are in Arabia.
In comparison Syria and Iraq are filled with Shia and Sunni Muslims.

He is not a reliable source but the information coming out of his mouth is when it is something we already knew and had a lot of other evidence from other sources.

This is clearly a bad news, I didn't hear this news about evil ISIS unleashing their terror in a concert in Russia, this is a bold step for them to strike in Russia. I guess that it'll not be that easy to totally crush them because they sponsor terrorist groups in different countries, like in the northern part of Nigeria, where innocent citizens are being senselessly killed like chickens. I think that one of the ways to checkmate ISIS is to continually monitor how they fund terrorism in these countries and prosecute their financiers, because without money, they can't purchase arms and ammunition, including other logistics to carry out their evil acts.

Though, I thought Russia was actually managing to advance quite a bit into Ukraine because of the previous lack of support being sent from the United States. I thought the situation was looking bad for Ukraine, to be honest, but I guess I have been kind of disconnected from the news I would need to catch up on them once more.
I share the theory Russia finds convenient for Iran and Israel to further escalate their conflicts, after all,.the United States will end up sending money to Israel and Taiwan, which would have ended up in Ukraine otherwise. The most fronts are open for the allies of the USA, less money Kiev will receive and they will less likely to defend themselves against the Russian aggressors.

I have also noticed how the Kremlin has managed to influence much of the public opinion in the USA about the war, they managed to turn an important percentage of the American public against funding Ukraine, very convenient for Putin.

I don't know if ISIS continues to operate continuously across the continent due to the war in Russia and Ukraine, but it declared the end of the war against ISIS after all areas were under its control. Russia's troops have declared complete defeat of IS in Syria, saying their operation in Syria is complete. Islamic extremist group IS claims to establish a caliphate in the region.
