I discovered from my research that certain developing nations do not have access to continuous energy, and that some nations rely solely on solar power for their electrical needs. It is possible for a nation to develop itself without oil or coal, but it is impossible from them to develop their capabilities without having access to electrical power, as simple as that.
Any country which does not have reliable electricity is going to live about two hundred years in the past and with no chance to evolve out of it.
If a country does not have access to fossil fuels, then it should be a priority for the politicians of such country to find alternatives to cater the demands of the population, improve the living standars and then use the according investments further increase capabilities in Power generation.
Solar energy is okey for small communities which may be isolated but it could he also be used in a widespread way, together with other alternative power sources. I am personally fond of geothermical and hydroelectical power generation.

Even though fossil fuels are handy and can be easy to exploit, they cannot last forever.

Usually corruption issues. You can look at the entire African continent and find that the majority are living without electricity or without a reliable source of cheap and sustainable electricity. As such, their economies are under developed.

As far as I can remember, epileptic electric power supply has been the order of the day in my country, 24 hours constant power supply is a privilege that happens sometimes. Power outage can last for days and when light comes, it won't last for 24 hours before it's taken again, so almost every household has an electric generator that uses fuel. Different governments will come and give fake promises that there'll be constant power supply, but it's all a lie, as I'm typing now, there's no light in my neighborhood since yesterday evening, when my batteries and power banks are running low, I'll have to switch on my electric power generator that uses fuel. This has been affecting the cost of doing business for many years because you must plan on how you'll need to generate power, which is expensive, buying and servicing your generator and constantly buying fuel or diesel, plus noise pollution everywhere, it's really crazy.

Yes, I guess there is something fishing behind any nation that is depending on solar before their activities or companies can carry out their production, when they have the resources to enjoy a stable power supply in their country, and those things can be cause by bad leaders who have share on solar.

All those developed countries in the world you seen around the world today, made all those developments happened through the stable power supply they created for people to have access freely in the lands that made them to achieved all those things.

There may be some nations that are unable, but for most of them, they are able but they have the wrong leader. It’s either the leader is a bad one or is not a smart one to know what needs to be done. I think that renewable energy is what we should all focus on so we can make the earth cleaner. It was clean when it was created, I see no reason why we shouldn’t have it the same way. I don't know what to say about power generation but I know in my country different states and different environment have different power supply. What do I mean by this, city A could be getting 20hrs power supply, City B will get 18hrs, City C will get 15hrs, City D will have 10hrs, City E will have 5hrs and some don't have at all. This is what happens in Nigeria my country. I don't think the problem of power is so difficult for the government to solve but I don't know why they don't really want to solve it.

current developments, every year there are new discoveries and power plants are now becoming more sophisticated so that there are solar power plants, even though they are only on a small scale, but humans are competing and speeding up their work using electricity, this is what creates dependency because everyone already uses it if we If you don't use it, you will be left behind. From cooking rice using electricity to bathing you also have to use electricity. Perhaps currently electricity is the main tool in the world of work and is also very important for family life.

I don't believe that there are countries that are sincerely unable to provide for themselves electricity but the major issue with such countries is corrupt minded officials who would not contract the right people to do the job of providing good and cheap electricity. Something else is that embezzlement is usually the order of the day when contracts are awarded to get expatriate to do jobs especially in Africa. In such contract, there is a middle man or a fictitious business name or company somewhere that would stand in as the contractor but with deeper research it will be revealed as the companies of one of the people in government, so everything keep going in circles. Thus, a country without proper and cheap electricity is always in shabble and doesn't progress because electricity is the main hub for manufacturing and economic development, this is why the third world countries are still where they are.

You cannot compare the rural areas to the urbans settings, there are places in some of those rural areas where by development is still very far from them, not because the government is not aware, but the whole place cannot be under the same coverage under government scheme for development, which means, there are places that people are still existing there, living and have turned a large community but without the role of any government or traces or civilization with them.

Bad governance is an important factor when comes to access to power, electricity and other necessary things for the improvement of the life of people, in the end of the day, it is about how our leaders are supposed to work in order to make their countries are better place to live for all of us, as simple as that.
If there is something which has been proven again and again, is how the abundance of natural resources and foil energy does not guarantee the development of a country. There are very right countries when comes to minerals and oil in the American continent and also in the African continent, and yet, many of those countries are stuck in underdevelopment.
We can blame the leaders and corruption, but we also need to put some of the responsability on the people how voted for those bad leaders in the first place.

Also, green energy or renewable energy can be a good solution in the long term, but in order for it to be effective, even developing countries need to implement it, not only the rich countries from Europe. There is when those rich countries will have to finance the green transition overseas, since nothing is free, when that time comes people must be careful how that financing is going to work exactly.

One of the major tool for development is electricity because i don't think a place can get develop with out having a good power supply and no investor would like to invest in an environment that doesn't have adequate Powe suppy.
My village got developed today due to having 24hours Power suppy given to us by total energies and Power it has brought people from far and near to come and invest companies also are coming infact electricity is very important in our everyday life just in conclusion.

Our country generates energy using electric power, solar power and coal power. But in this case usually we get solar energy naturally which helps to start the generator engine. And mainly coal is used to generate electricity and it is the leaders who play the biggest role in the political field. From here they take the benefits by showing massive deficits, most of the developing and some countries have such an effect.
