I have an aged PayPal business account, i can take PayPal goods and services payment.
I'd Need someone who can loan/send me 3000$ (G&S), then after i withdraw the money, you'll request a refund from paypal.

You are suggesting people to send you money knowing that you are going to scam Paypal. What if Paypal resolve the case in your favour? No $3000 back no $700 bonus. All gone LOL

No, i'm not gonna scam paypal, i'll repay paypal in 2-3 months.

Paypal will not go in my favour, this will be organized with emails, proof etc...
