(RESOLVED) Rollbit refuse to pay 9.379$

On 20th of April i registered to Rollbit. Firstly, i made a 100 usdt deposit and later that day since the site and product seemed cool, deposited 2000 usdt more. I am a sports fan so i use to bet on sports that i am watching, such as nba, euroleague or football live games. I managed to win a pretty good amount. My balance at the time of writing is 9379$

While placing bets, i did try to withdraw some money, but i could not. At first, a message popped up saying that the function was temporary suspended. I contacted the live chat, but they said that they need 24 hours to raise to their team and get back to me with an answer. This 24 hours i kept placing bets and won more money.

Next day i tried again to withdraw but still could not. I contacted the live chat again. Important to note, that earlier that day  i completed all the required steps of verification, cause they did not let me acess the sportsbook section.

 Started with simple ones, as to provide details of residence, tel number, id/passport documents etc. They also asked me to use an app in order to send them a selfie, or rotate my head left and right, asking me to smile etc, in order to see if i am a real person.

After completing that, as i said before i contacted the live chat again to check why i could not withdraw money. This time they told me that they have indications that i use other accounts on their site, asking me how i manage to win and if i used an external source. They also asked me why they found other accounts linked to my devices.

 Without a doubt all of these accusations are totally false. I have never used any other account on their site, noone else ever bet from my devices or never even logged in. Tbh this could never happen cause i live on my own and i dont have friends gambling.

 At first i was not in panic and tried to explain to them that they are making a mistake and i asked them what links they have identified and with which accounts but of course they would not provide more information.

Later though, i did a research online regarding rollbit, and i found that this is common tactic from them.

 Messages like, "list other accounts", "links with other devices" "multiplce accounts" etc are commonly used in order to scamm people and never pay them. They will not pay me unless i provide the other accounts that they have identified links with, but i cant do that cause there are no other accounts, it's a lie.

Is there anyone here able to help me or guide me in order to get my funds?

how about you accessing the gambling site and logging in from devices owned by people that you know, are you sure haven't done that? it is possible that you logged in on a device owned by someone you know who is also gambling in Rollbit and you just don't know it.

Hey Thanks for your response. i have already informed Rollbit that there is 0% chance that i have used someone else's device or my own devices have been used by someone else, cause i live by my own. I registered and placed bets only using my desktop, my wifi is not flagged, noone else ever came at my house is a customer of Rollbit. i can guarantee you that. So devices, multiple accounts and ip are out of question.

Regarding the question about the thinking behind my bets, this is really weird and of course there is no way i can prove why i bet this outcome or what i thought etc. that question is really aimless.

Let's wait for a response from their representative here, but in case it's a stalemate. Your case might need a third party independent mediator like askgambers so that they can verify their claims and yours for a fair judgement. I don't think Rollbit will share all the details about your account links here but with a mediator like askgamblers, they will have to share their evidence with the complaints team over there.

They're one of the big casino that currently [still] throws a lot in marketing. They'll stop or reduce their marketing campaigns if they're illiquid.

If I may guess, those recent approach made by casinos that happened to OP and your friend [I believe they are not the same person] was due to a recent scandal on sportsbetting that [apparently] have a significant waves of aftershoch reverberating throughout sportsbook.

I know that Rollbit is one of the most trusted and reputable casinos on this forum and it's totally understandable to ask a user if he has other accounts or to express their suspicions about him having alt accounts, but to ask him about "the thinking process" behind the bets he has placed is... well, it's the same as asking him "why do you always win"!

It does not make sense for a company to risk their reputation for such an amount, i totally agree with you, but their communication is really unprofessional. You cant ask a customer to provide a list with linked accounts, you cant ask a customer his thought proccess. I hope to get my funds, but i would never recommend anyone to ever deposit his money to them. They are such an unreliable site, at least from my experience. Lets see

So no early odds, no surebets, nothing like that. All of my bets were just gambling on live. If their problem was about my bets they would tell me that the risk management or the traders are reviewing my account etc. In this case we are not talking about that.

All value plays, arbs, steam plays, bot betting, lots of prop betting can cause red flags. Do you make these type of bets? Nothing wrong with any of it except bot betting but they all can get you banned. You'll still get paid unless bot.

A fiat currency gambling company can always loan from the bank but a crypto currency gambling company have very less chance to have a loan from traditional banking. It's almost impossible for them to continue marketing when they do not have enough liquidity.

Using of strategies isn't prohibited by any gambling casino as far as I know, and that won't be an issue even with Rollbit, but surely use of bots isn't liked by the casino and thus one should never ever use a bot for the purpose.

If they believe that you have multiple accounts and you're sure that you don't own multiple accounts then you may not worry. Just cooperate with them as much as possible by being gentle and honest, and when they get confirmed that you don't own multiple accounts then they might release your payment.

This is not a tactic by the casino but rather you guys is just using different kind of shit strategy to take advantage to the casino sportsbook. I will not be surprised if your account findings will fall to the same category that you brought up because that’s always the case for user that has same issue like yours.

You will not experience this kind of inconvenience if you are just playing normally but most of the time you guys abused the casino bonus system by doing arbitrage bet using multiple account to acquire wager while still safely play both sides.

This rule isn't used frequently but should be for all casinos. Players may not even realize that they made multiple accounts. No harm, no foul.

After contacting Razer on twitter, i managed to get paid. He confirmed that there was no reason for my account to be flagged. glad to hear that everything got cleared up and you are able to finally withdraw your funds. I guess the flag on your account really was just a mistake, I have seen cases like this before where the casino admitted that the flag their software made on an account was false and let the gambler withdraw the funds from their account(as they should).

You are right it is one of the few trusted casinos I know. I think there might be some problem. But if the support can be contacted with the correct information then it is possible to get a quick solution. If OP doesn't break the rules of course he can get his money back if he can prove it. Now I'll suggest op instead of getting mad at the OP. Errors are not unusual. If anything like that then of course returning the $9379 the OP claimed is no problem. Because this remarkable casino will never cheat their clients for a small amount of money. I think the OP should be more aware of his activities. Whether he has done anything outside the rules or not. I already saw in a screen shot that OP's support is linking his account to another account. Although I don't know the whole thing but if that is the case then OP must have acted break the rules. And if he is right then you will definitely get that money back.

After contacting Razer on twitter, i managed to get paid. He confirmed that there was no reason for my account to be flagged.
