i came across this open-source project today.
it is a disk with 624 bm1366 asic chips and an estimated hash rate of 312 th/s.
unfortunately, it is not yet possible to say anything about the total power usage, as the project has only just been created and the first prototypes still have to follow.

Quote
Hashdisk: Fezzik, a GIANT Open-Source Bitcoin miner for the next chapter in Bitcoin mining future. Featuring 624 BM1366 ASIC chips, with an estimated hashrate of 312 TH/s. Estimated hashrate for 5 Hashdisks in Series: 1.56 PH/s.
you can find everything about this very interesting project under the following github link: https://github.com/BeeEvolved/fezzik

you can also watch a ~3-minute video at the following twitter/x link: https://twitter.com/BeeEvolved/status/1784304134180438317

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Would really like to see things going the other way with less expensive lower hash lower power miners. Something more powerful then the 4TH Avalon Nano 3 but smaller then these 'mega miners'. Something you can run at home that really would work as a space heater but not needing so much power & cooling that your electric bill goes nuts from the power requirements and your ears bleed from the noise.

But this is still cool so.....

Yeah. the best that I have seen in 400-1000 watt 120 volt are the Loki spoofed s19 models I built 3 with parts from altairtech

I will be trying to build a t21 one board this week. waiting on parts. finding the right psu was hard.
I found a 1500 watt 13.8 volt psu which allows settings in the 12.4 to 15.2 range.
I would set it to 14.2 volts and see if I can get this build done this week.

It uses the same chips as the s19xp, so expect something around 7kw for that.
Now 7kw on a circle of 40 cm in radius, that's a lot of heat, and with the s19xp losing money at over 9 cents/kWh I don't see much future in this.
