The FBI warns Americans against using cryptocurrency money transmitting services that are not registered as Money Services Businesses ( MSB ) , it could be the cause that block.io is closing it service , as i know this site/company does  not have a money transmiter license
https://www.ic3.gov/Media/Y2024/PSA240425

If you have an account with them ,you will get a mesage like that:

Hi

Block.io is sunsetting its wallet and developer API on May 31st. This means you will not be able to access any services on https://block.io after May 31st, 2024.

Please move your coins elsewhere, and always retain backups of your private keys. Remember that your account's private keys (retrievable via https://block.io/dashboard/settings) control your coins, not Block.io.

You will no longer be able to access your account, its data, or developer APIs at Block.io after May 31st, 2024.
Kind regards,
The Block.io Team

Did you save your private keys when you created your wallet?

They have some tools that may still work:
https://github.com/BlockIo/blockio-basic-multisig-sweep

There may be other ways but I never used block.io so I do not have anything I can test against.

Hi DaveF,

Check your mail from BlockIO

Many thanks to Juraj Bednar for raising concerns on behalf of all of us on X .... He  managed to get a reply from folks at Block.IO
(You may donate tips to Juraj @ Doge address: DMreMNzsWiGxUnkizSy9Lfx4b4JTY5DQR9)

Use

            https://block.io/users/sign_in

and backup your private keys using

            https://block.io/dashboard/settings.

As mentioned in the mail, There is very limited functionality left on the interface, so just back up your private keys and use them elsewhere.
Hurry, this will not be open for long !!!!

Regards,
avysaurus
