If you are planning to use TOR and the free services that offer several GBs aren't enough for you, how big is the data you want to upload? Furthermore, have you though about how long that would take when using TOR?
Why not do a google search using "cloud storage accepts bitcoin" or something similar and go through the results. I can see a few names mentioned there. There is even a Bitcointalk thread among the top results.
