As stated in my previous post, it would be interesting to see what theymos would conclude if were to look in to this. Maybe it could set a precedent where he does look in to various threads if they are brought to his attention (if that precedent has not already been set already).
That would heavily depend on whether the nominees gave their consent to have their IDs used for the business. Personally, I cannot answer that question as I have no knowledge of that, although I have used the service before and everything seemed to be just fine.
If people allow their personal data to be attached on mastercard/visa cards that are clearly designed to circumvent a legal process in order for those cards to be used by other people across the world for all sorts of payments, that does not seem to be legal in any capacity.
Out of curiosity, are you currently using service or have the cards reached their expiry date? And overall, was it worth it for the money you paid in obtaining the card and top up fees and and would you recommend it to others?

Ehhh... no.
The illegality of a service selling human kidneys does not depend on the human from whom a kidney is removed giving consent.
Mixers are banned here as a precaution, not because they are illegal, while this service, which is blatantly illegal, is allowed to advertise.
This is why intervention by theymos would be welcomed. Where is he these days?
