You're right - I missed the image he posted, that was my mistake.

GofarChan requested two withdrawals.

Almost all casinos expect users to bet a minimum of 1x after they make their first deposit - this is intended to prevent customers from only taking advantage of the first deposit bonus. I think in the above case GofarChan has already bet several times so the balance he withdrew is already higher than the amount he deposited - so I don't really understand what the problem is.

Luckily he's been getting guidance from the team - I hope the problem is resolved.

According to the screenshot you shared, the first withdrawal isn't instant and it may take up to 24 hours.
I have not tried playgram yet, but I think the 24 hour waiting time should still apply to your withdrawal, even if you meet their wagering requirements.

I have checked your casino history and so far you've used the welcome offer free spins on Gates of Olympus. These spins don't count towards the 1x wager rule of the deposit. Three hours later, you made one spin after that. The amount of that spin doesn't equal the total deposits you've made.

As OP explained, you need to wager 1x of the amount you deposited so that means you have to wager a total of $50 if the deposited amount is $50 then you can withdraw the balance. If you have used the free spins or free bonus to wager then you still won't be able to withdraw.

To make it more clear, let's say I deposit $50 and the required wager before you can withdraw is 1x of the same amount you deposited.

In order to withdraw, I have to wager or bet a total of $50 first using the $50 I deposit on the account to complete the wager requirement. Only the amount you deposited will complete the requirement and using free spins and free bonuses does not complete the wager requirement. Since your post before is that you have completed the wager then my question is, did you use the amount you deposited on your account to bet/wager or not?. I think what you missed here is the probably statement. Perhaps you felt that after initiating your first withdrawal attempt, the second would go smoothly, of course that’s what it’s said. Well yes, the second is supposed to go smoothly and at an instant but, you’ve got to have successfully withdrawn on your first attempt first.

Your first withdrawal attempt was initiated around 20:19 on the 11th of June, which was barely minutes after you just deposited. After having it subjected to protocol, you went ahead to making yet another deposit and attempt a withdrawal with roughly 5minutes in between. Why would you do that?

Let it be known that deposits are processed faster than it actually should! What I mean is, most casinos, immediately a transaction is broadcasted on the net, it reflects in your account and can be gambled with, even before confirmation (this goes for Bitcoin deposits). This is in a way to allow you gamble on the games of your choice in due time in good faith that, the funds are on the way.
Now, it’s possible that, users of allowed to make withdrawal at an instant could go back to cancel the transaction by double spending!
