If you are not allowed to register, then there must be a law in your country that prohibits them from operating there, or they do not have an operational license to administer business to your country's citizens.
 
So you should either contact them first before using VPN or avoid it totally, as many casinos frown at the use of VPN, especially when you are from a country they restrict. They will know, or you will fall into trouble, the moment the need for KYC arises in your account.

Occasionally I use VPN because access in several areas and changing providers network often makes the Stake.com website inaccessible. It is rare for sportsbooks to accept med/large limits for minor leagues, because there are many abuses such as match fixing, arb betting, late betting, etc.

They will review your account first and ask you to bet with the present bet limit for a while, then if there are no problems, their system (automatically) will increase your bet limit gradually.

Gamdom.com has higher limits on some events, the issue you are facing might be faced on every platform though. Providers limit you, not sites normally.

I do not recommend using a VPN or doing any tricks that might enable you to use a particular site for any possible period of time. This is not recommended for websites that require proof of identity and residence. Then do not forget that you intend to place bets of huge amounts, so it is necessary to deal transparently with any platform you will use.

On the other hand, I do not understand why you insist on betting the entirety of that huge amount at once instead of dividing it into smaller amounts and then you have chances on the rest of the platforms available in the market.
