I will not advise you to make any crypto establishment in US, you may need to know about the experience in which others are passing through currently concerning their crypto business and establishments over there.

There is nothing new that have not been introduced or done before, but if you got in some new ideas, its better you left them to yourself till you work them out and implement on them.

I don't think anyone is even interested, let alone stealing your idea on this, unnumberable tokens have been created down the years now, with many of them repeating what the others did or said they will do, and failed.

I am having a hard time understanding you here, you want to create a token that would be used to purchase specific products? Goodluck with that, however people mostly use altcoins as trading tools, because of their lack of utility.
